Recipe:
Eggplant - 1.5 kg.
Tomato - 1 kg.
Sweet pepper - 1.2 kg.
Hot pepper - 2 pcs.
Onion - 3 pcs.
Garlic - 1 head.
Dill - 1 bunch.
Parsley - 1 bunch.
Salt - 2 tbsp.
Vinegar (4%) - for each jar, 1 tbsp.

To soak eggplant:
cold water and 2 tablespoons of salt.
