I have carried the Leatherman MUT since I bought it the year it released. I did not buy another Leatherman until the ARC released. The only thing that pushed me into the ARC was that it had a hammer of some sort which I actually used a lot on the MUT. I almost bought a Signal or Surge, but the ARC checked off so many tools that I lacked in the MUT.
Still love my MUT, but ARC is now my primary carry.

Guess not many people use their multitool for work especially night shifts. A light is definitely a great addition to any multitool especially working in tight areas. Any addition is advantages, that's why we also make mods to the sheath for extra attachment. The sheath is the other useful half of a multitool. Cheers mate.

You really are a real encyclopedia of multitools!! At the moment I'm having trouble keeping up with your posts 😅 I don't have time to comment on everything, but I always leave a thumbs up 👍. Recently I received the swisstool MX clip, and this morning I went to pick up 2 brand new Surge at the post office, because I am afraid that Leatherman stop producing it😅.

Great idea. In case of drilling small hole in bit holder it's possible to fix any adapter in it and use not only pushing but pulling tools.
Another way is to use T-shape adapter from Surge if somehow put it in ARC

Do you have all these attachments and extras on you in a separate EDC pouch or is it a side collection aside from the multitools?
