I hadn't even thought about doing a weathered train engine and one would look great being repaired in a train shed or off to the side like it's been sitting for a while. Fantastic MOC you've really inspired me to do some weathering in my future builds.

I had the opportunity to drive this locomotive at the Whitewater Valley railroad last year! Ever since I've been trying off and on to design my own MOC of it, but haven't been able to complete it due to my own inexperience with MOCing and the difficulty of fitting the battery box inside the hood. None of my own solutions to lower it seemed sturdy enough. I'll have to try something like your solution.

@@Switchblade-sh3kx Yep, I did Throttle time last year. Was supposed to drive #25 but it was busy that day so I got to drive #709 instead.

You can always cheat with like Circuit Cubes lol. I recently found out the MouldKing hub is shorter in height than the standard battery box too.
