4 servings
cake flour 100g
baking powder 3g
sugar 50g
egg 1pc (room temperature)
milk 40ml (room temperature)
vegetable oil 40ml
blueberries 40-50g
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree
2. Sift the cake flour and baking powder
3. Mix the cake flour, baking powder and sugar
4. In another bowl, beat together the egg, milk and vegetable oil
5. Stir liquid mixture into dry ingredients, mix until just combined**Be careful not to over mix the batter**
6. Add blueberries and fold
7. Bake in 180 degrees for 22-25 minutes

Thank you for telling me. But for mine, the ingredients overflow onto the baking plate !
could be because of the baking soda/powder. do not add extra. even a little more has a big difference

@@thejoyoftaste4977 焗完出來都是黄色,但不是從youtube看到的金黄色,表皮也沒有裂開,味道o k,只是沒有老師您做的漂亮,我的烤焗温度都是180度。
