It's been awhile but there's been some new stuff that recently hit the market, and it's also been awhile since we shopped at Wish.com! My (not) favorite website. So let's grab a bunch of stuff and see if we can find anything even remotely close to being called "worth it". You'll be surprised to see there's one or two things that aren't so bad. The rest? Oh. The official charging dock for the controllers is so great. Bought it because I loved that it looks like a mini PS5 console but it’s so seamless to use
Got mine pretty much as soon as I got the console, as I'd gotten used to a third party charging dock for the DualShock 4. Took a little time to get used to the alignment but once I did it's so simple to just pop it on there and take it off with no physical connection.
It fits perfectly right on top of the PS5 when vertical. That's where I put mine.
Me2 ive been using the usb to charge for a while but man, once i got the charging doc..its just really nice to have

The dust cover looks interesting, as I only really get to play during the weekends, so protecting it during other days doesn't seem like a bad idea
Just put a cloth over it
Or you can use a pillow cover and put it over your console lol that’s what I do when it’s not in use
I put one of those reusable grocery bags over mine when I leave for weeks at a time
I use a bandana.

These Wish videos always show how easy it is to get cheap nichè products out into a market.
Honestly I like the stands. I had one for my ps4 and ordered one for ps5. I just like having things in one area like that and without a bunch of cords everywhere. Sure there cheap but they do what there suppose to and keep things organized. Sure officially licensed ones would perform higher on cooling and maybe charge controllers faster but at that point they would get too expensive for its purpose.
I like how the dust cover had to specify it didn’t come with a PS5.
I like how the “cooling fan” just makes your PS5 sound like a PS4 when playing Call of Duty.

The horizontal stand I bought has rubber studs on all four corners so it will not slide and will not move it very sturdy I have had no problem with it unplugging cords and plugging and cords it and I don't have to put my hand on the PlayStation when I take it off or put it in super powerful grip! I'm very happy with it!
I have that same horizontal stand and I use it because I needed a way to lift my ps5 just a little so the wires didn't have pressure on them. But I actually love the way it looks.
I could see the Dualsense keypad being useful for MMO's like PSO2 or FFXIV. When I play FF I have a bluetooth keyboard that I just have to keep on my coffee table as I hold the Dualsense for actual playing of the game and it's a bit of an unwieldy setup.
Well unfortunately I don’t think I can use it. If you can sure go ahead, but let’s just say I’ve got larger than average hands and it can be annoying.

Honestly though, the large stand seems kinda neat. I dont think I have much use for the fans at the bottom, and I would prefer another way to charge the controllers, but the idea of "one plate for everything" seems cool.
Does anyone have a good link to another, better, one of those plates?
i use the play vital dust cover on mine, from amazon i did notice it made a massive difference to dust in Ps5 over 5months which i shared it was pretty clean.
Especially when you have ducted heating which is not the best for your ps5 or lungs . Great accessory review Ryan , as always your channel is a massive inspiration to us smaller creators
I most likely got the same one cuz it's play vital and from Amazon also. Haven't used it yet, I got the red and black one. Had to get one because it seems like when I go home dust gets in my console often, but not when I'm at college.

I bought the Horizontal stand, but I bought mine on Amazon.. I highly prefer it to the official stand.. I just got so sick of the system popping off the official stand every single time I moved the system even a little.. To each his own on how it looks, but I am personally very glad I bought it lol.. Love your channel sir! Keep it up!
A year ago I had got that rubber cover for my controllers, which also came with rubber analog stick grips. I barely used the rubber analog sticks but I use the rubber covers. I wish I kept it on because I did mess up my controller on the back a little (Got a light scratch on the handle of the controller and I didn't notice the symbols on the back were easy to mess up if on a hard/metal/open wood surface). Thinking bout getting something like a mouse pad to sit my controllers on when I don't want the rubber cover on it🤔. Also, I got the dust cover for the console and a repair tool kit (screwdrivers, tweezer, opening pick, cleaning brush, etc.) like 2 wks ago, still need to try it out though. Got all this on Amazon and I was looking at that multifunctional cooling stand a while back ago and I chose not to get it. But yeah wish does take a long time to deliver things. I remember ordering a couple things on there and it took forever.

The horizontal stand I bought is super tight does not move when I'm unplugging or plugging in a cord it's got the non-slip stubs that grip on the any surface and it keeps the PlayStation from sliding around and moving on any surface

The dust cover is really important. It keeps a lot of shit going inside of the console. So you dont have to open it up to clean as often. 100% recommend
I would never buy something that isn't official or licensed but is fun to look at these things in practice, great video.
There's heaps of great gear available, it's not particularly cheap but fairly high quality.
I'm currently decking out my new PS5 and purchased a controller dock from Elecgear through Amazon which works fine, the PS4 DOBE controller dock on the other hand is garbage that discharged both controllers!
Please tell me you don’t just buy drives with the PS logo on them 😶

Hi Ryan, there is some stick on grips by Lizard Skins that I bought. I think they are great. Have been on one of my controllers for a few months now. No lifting of the adhesive, no wear or stretching. I did buy them on special for nearly 30 AUD. They are more expensive than that as regular pirce tho. That is their only downfall

I bought the dust cover last year but used it only one time. I forgot to remove it and the PS5 was like a jet engine, it was really scary!
I got the vent/plugs for the ports and just used the ports, I've got the filters on my ps4 and they made a difference I'd say

Bro I bought a dual sense phone mount that came with a separate phone kickstand and usb c cord for $15 on Amazon. Probably one of the best accessories by far imo.

The only good thing was the sticker for the glossy part of the PS5. Huge Batman fan so I ordered a yellow one and I already had the black plates for the sides. Threw a few Batman stickers on it and it looks amazing now.

At 10:03 that’s what I have too the station charger from Sony and it really works well for me too for my two Dualsense controllers
I used double sided tape to hold my stand to my PS5. Been rock solid since.
The only thing from this video I would consider is the horizontal stand since I despise the stock stand.

I can see some usefulness on that "all in one case" where you place your games for someone who has a PC like setup and his PS5 is on the desk at arms length and can easily swap between games, not so much at a couch setup.
main reason for mine , ps5 dust cover , is to keep dust from getting into the disk loader slot . since all the playstations i have had got dust in the disk loading slot , and did not want to take in the games when trying to put them in or watching a movies .and im not buying a new disk drive for my console when nothing was wrong with it besideds the disk slot loader.
I have 4 cats, 3 dogs and two rabbits, if you could please make a video with good dust related accessories, would really love that.
I would use the dust cover it will increase the time u will have to actually open up the ps5 to clean it. Compared to not using one then u will have to clean it every 2 or 3 months compared to 5 to 8 months

That stand while it doesnt look great, functionally its great. That exhaust fan is for people that miss the fan noise from the PS4, get one and turn it while playing God of War Ragnarok for some old school God of War gameplay

At 18:47 my ps5 multifunctional cooling stand doesn’t come with a headset stand bro but the other stuff that my cooling fan has pretty much everything that you have in your cooling fan charging controllers and 15 games slots and the buttons too where you can turn your ps5 on or of too

Dobe has a similar to original charging base for the dualsense, uses the same charging pins at the bottom. Dobe TP5-0515R.
Edit: I like dobe accessories, I've use the ps4 charging dock and their actual controller works fine. Even the switch grip controller with bag.
The DOBE PS4 controller dock I have discharged both controllers, it's garbage.
The Elecgear PS5 controller dock I have works great.
I rotate between 10+ consoles so the Dust Cover is probably the most useful item for me. I play the PS5 maybe once a week.
I have one of those dust covers and I love it. I've got 4 dogs and their hair gets EVERYWHERE. So when my PS5 is not in use it gets the cover and I don't have to worry about dog hair accumulating in there.
Thanks for the review! it was actually quite insightful on what to avoid x) on my ps4 pro I had all in on stand and it was decent, specially for allowing to charge the controllers in an upwards position and having the extra USB ports. But for the PS5, this seems to be not the case 'x)

The stand blowing up will blow air into the vents on the bottom which exhaust heat from the power supply. This will definitely cause a thermal problem.

Honestly the only thing I want is a dust filter for my ps5 and I have no idea how practical that is. I live in a place with a lot of dust so it builds up quickly even with me having the ps5 up high.
I am trialing putting a clean pillow slip to put over my PS5 Console to prevent it catching dust, when I'm not using it. I will be making a video of this method soon, that if it turns out it works.

Tbh I wouldn’t mind that bag cover obviously not for while I’m using it but I’ve had a ps5 since launch and clean the dust out way more than I like fans and vents get real dusty

Ive used those keypad addon for my xbox one and people always asked me how i type messages so fast. It was realy easy to type on and jist an overall GREAT addon to your controler :D

I had a dust cover for my PS5 but got rid of it because I was worried the system might accidentally turn on and roast itself.

Lowkey the multi stand at the end is fine.
They should do a PS5 flashlight that clips onto the console. That way if you have a power outage you can grab it and light your way around the house.
Check out this horizontal Stand from Ipega! I got this when I got my PS5! I don't have a lot of room and the stand that came with the PS5 was not good! Too much play and plugging in and unplug my cord made my PS5 move or shift so I got this horizontal scan and have have no problems ever since! It's very sturdy and will not move when plugging in a cord or removing a cord! And comes with 1 USB 2.0 Transmission port and 3 USB charging port! I would rather have them and not use them ! Then need them and not have them!
I thought I would give you a few more choices and let you decide!

I have a similar horizontal stand, not from Wish, it offers better stability than the stock stand & my PS5 is in my entertainment centre so the ascetics don't matter, function over style.
That stand is pretty good. The one it comes with is absolutely feeble and a danger if your ps5 is in a stacking shelf it might easily slip off if you're changing a lead. tbh apart from the ssd sony have made an absolute hash of this generation.

A few small dots of adhesive putty on the factory stand will keep your PS5 from ever jiggling when horizontal. I can put my ps5 into a backpack with the original stand attached in horizontal position and it won’t budget during transport. Works great and that puddy is useful for so many other things

I got a horizontal stand that has four USB connections on it and one that plugs into the back of the PlayStation into a USB to give the USPS on the stand power it works really really well charging everything you can't have two things plugged in charging at the same time now kind of a bummer but that's okay I still have two other USB ports on PlayStation 5 I actually like my stand makes it super easy for me to charge my controller or my headset! I actually bought it mine off of Amazon but I had to look for a bit to find the one I wanted and that was the one I wanted
What we wanted to see was the pricing the listing and what you actually got compared to the original brand
