Good value, m'mouen m'kiloo is pretty good. You pay $40 a kilo here for the tail filetted, sure there must be plenty of bone in the whole tail but still cheap. I don't know why it is so expensive here, just like the lady said that sold the tail to you, our crocodiles are raised for their skins too.

She is correct on saying you can marinate the crocodile meat for a day to give it some flavor. Or you can submerge with salt water for half a day or 2.

Dear! meat test good or not, is upon the cooker, how he/she prepare ingredients (spices) to eliminate the smell. Importantly times and right temperature is the key in order to enhance the flavors, otherwise it doesn't feel testy at all including beef nor Chicken meets.✌

the thing about crocodile meat is its cheap price compared to other meat, so ordinary people can afford to eat it in abundant amount as source of daily protein.
