- I'm lucky enough to be right next to a mommy raccoon with 5 babies. I watched all of them play and play. Mommy raccoon was playing rough, and the babies loved it. This behavior strengthens their bond and helps the babies develop skills that will be useful as adults. Adult raccoons get into miny fights with each other often. This play teaches them how to engage each other without getting hurt badly. Super cute footage 😍

I talked to oonaunty yesterday . She looks kind hearted female . But her name's meaning is kinda scary . Literally it means a bumblebee 😰 . She's scary but seems as friendly as golden retrievers

Tinkerbell came in with her babies at 3 different times today before it got dar, and the babies were extremely playful as well. I could see them bouncing around the trees and attacking each other! They were just being the cutest! I guess they are hitting that age where they are learning to play and be silly, and like you said, learning survival skills too! It's a wonderful time of year, isn't it?!

@@OONSDAY Well, she's letting me handle her some. It won't be too long before I take her out to teach her to hunt grubs & such then it'll be to a creek for minnows & crawdads.😀
