**DISCLAIMER**
These lessons are based from the Minna No Nihongo Textbook (1st edition), which I chose because I’m familiar with it. But even if you don’t have the textbook, you can still follow along the lessons by just watching the video.
I'm not a native Japanese speaker nor am I a Japanese language teacher. I'm currently living in Japan and I use Japanese at work and daily life. I’m sharing what I’ve learned from my language school and through self-study. I’ve passed the JLPT N3 exam and am planning to take the JLPT N2 test in the future. So if you find any mistakes, feel free to let know so that we can all learn together. Thank you!

I cannot find the links for first edition, but I found the links for the latest edition of the textbooks which are pretty much the same as the first edition:
LESSON 1-25
Minna no Nihongo Shokyu 1 Honsatsu (Everyone's Japanese Beginner 1 Textbook 1) 2nd Edition
amzn.to/2DYOb6p
LESSON 26-50
Minna no Nihongo Shokyu 2 Honsatsu (Everyone's Japanese Elementary 1 Textbook 2) 2nd Edition
amzn.to/2E3wy5C
Easily the hardest lesson so far. My head grasps the concept, but being able to come up with the sentence on the fly is very difficult. Usually take a moment of thinking for me. Currently studying japanese in japan with the school using Minn no nihongo, so this series has been a savior when i come home not understanding what the lesson was about.
That's completely natural. There are 10 students in my japanese class and many of them can't even make basic sentences they should have been able to by lesson 10. And these aren't stupid people either. They're hardworking guys too. Not trying to brag but im the top of this class by far and I'm in the same position as you and my teacher says it's normal. It will start getting easier as the things you've learned have had the time to really burn into your brain
Videos are more than awesome! Please post the next videos till lesson 49 (Minna no Nihongo) and also post videos for vocabularies from 1st to 49th lessons.. Thanks...will be a great help
I am self-learning n4 from your channel but here I am again for quick n5 revision. Thank you for your effort sensei.

It was a breeze up until chapter 14. Everyone in my class is losing their minds saying this is ridiculous. This takes a ton of practice 😂

Sensei andito kaba sa nihon ngayon? Gusto kopo sana mag pa tutorial sayo from lesson 22 up to higher lesson. Andito po ako sa tokyo. One year napo ako dito piru nahihirapan parin akong intindihin mga kasama kong hapon. Problematic din yong listening ko. Sa genmba po ang trabaho ko. Mai nichi wa itsumo kumatteru. Iyu koto amari wakaranai. De shigoto wa kurushi natteru ima wa. Shoshite ima mo amari nihongo benkyuo shinai shigoto owattara mou tsukareta natta sensei. Demo watashi no shigoto wa raigetsu hatsuka gurai made. Mou yametta sensei kurushii sugiru. Mata atArashii kaisha wo machimasu. Sensei moshi dekireba, ikura haraimasu ka? Otsukaresama desu, yoroshiku onegai shimasu.
Hello! Otsukaresama! Taihen desu ne...😟, About one on one lesson, sorry po kasi as of now hindi ko sya ma fit sa schedule, and priority ko rin po matapos ung lahat ng lessons and very time consuming sya for me. I will upload naman po lessons 23 and above dito sa channel so don't worry. I suggest to review the grammar patterns starting from lesson 1 video and keep building your vocabulary. Pag may questions po kayo you can ask me here, and I will try to answer as soon as I can. 😉
Hi sensei, do they actually use this in modifier noun in japan?
Great

😊
beautiful song...
This is very useful lesson for the beginners like us...litte confusion on かりた。。。isnt it かった。。。or かりた。どうも ありがとうございます
Karimasu this verb is included group 2..thats why its (te+ta+jisho+nai)all form is different from group 1
14:00 I'm confuse for this lesson, how to differentiate the past tense and the present tense.. when you have to put たけい and でした in one sentence, i thought たけい already explain the past tense
i will try to answer you, but my english is not pretty good so, sorry if you cannot understand me. if you look carefully in the second sentences, the question is about the apartament where he/she lived, which is in past tense, but the main meaning of the question is 'where is that apartment' (right now, in this moment) so the sentences-modifier of the noun is in past tense, but the senteces itself is in present tense. In the last sentences it repeat the tense of the modifier but the quiestion says "how was" what means that he alredy see it.
I hope i could help you, sorry if you didnt understand me.

in 18:50 @ Number 2, Can I place (が) for.... やくそくお (お→が) おもいだしました? It's like saying "Na alala ko (ang) pangako ko", でしょう?
👍👍👍
Hi
Can you confirm plain form of kimasu?
It should be kiru but we are using kiteru.
Please teach me!!
It is kiru. kiteiru is the progressive form of kiru.
fuku wo kiru = going to wear clothes
fuku wo kiteiru = now wearing clothes
im watching this in 2021 as im so fucking behind and im enjoying the anime without subtitle.. but OMG!! this modified nouns are driving me crazy!! :D :D :D is this really necessary? i mean, are they using this in japan? :D tottemo complicted desu ne!!!
Question here.
Kinoo no eiga WA dou deshita ka?
Kinoo no eiga GA dou deshita ka?
My understanding of the lesson is instead of WA, we use GA to modify. Kindly enlighten me sensei! Thank you so much.
The first sentence "Kinoo no eiga WA dou deshita ka?" is like saying How was the movie (you watched) yesterday? The second sentence may be used if the person you are talking to watched another movie maybe the day before yesterday, so to specify/emphasize which movie you are asking about, you may say "Kinoo no eiga GA dou deshita ka?".
WA is a topic particle, when you want to start a new topic and say/ask information about it.
While GA is an identifier particle, you identify something unknown and give/ask information about it.
I hope this makes sense. 🤔
Hi Rosa! Thanks for the video 👍
For example at time 07.00
If I want to focus on ' the library ', can I use 私が本を借った図書館 ?
Please advise if it's correct or not.

Pls tell why you use omoi(da)shimashita in 18:42 🙏
remember in masu form is omoidashimasu. since the sentence says that the speaker rememberED (past tense), it became omoidashimashita.
Teacher I have problem on kanji how solve it
6:04
すみませんが、すきな車がどれですか。why we use がand don't は
19:08 Why not :
"... he iku... ?
I thought in front of :
Kaeru, iku and kuru is always the particle " he".
Sensei no bideo ga suki ❤️
Why is it わすれないで?where did de come from? Thanks.
Joseph Luyon its wasurenaide kudasai if it has a “Please”

せんせい ㉖から 50 までも なおして くださいね
Now Im just confused xd
18:50 i think you should have explained that the differences between “oboeru” and “omoidasu” ;) i believe that many people still confusing with these two.
13:47 “sukina kuruma ga dore desu ka?” means !!!!!!!!!
this is hard 🥲
くろい、コトを、きて、いる、ひと、は、わたし、の、せんせい、です
6:24 sensei??? Or kyoushi??? Kyoushi is much better i think.
Kyoshi is only used to describe oneself. If I'm a teacher, I can tell other people that my profession is kyoshi. I can't say that I'm a sensei. While others refer to me, they call me sensei so in this example, sensei is the right word
@@veryonlineman thanks... you should be right.
12:26 why do you always say “shite” persistently??? ……… shitte is shitte :)
