Cool vid. Makes me wonder if it's worth modding the games to get rid of most RNG. Definitely won't/can't happen but it might be better for us even if it's not authentic.
It's definitely done in some communities, i.e. Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, they have a tool that automatically spawns an rng-drop rate based weapon. Or some roguelites have "set seed" mods and stuff, it's not unheard of. The community of any given game ultimately decides if these things get implemented
