SIMPLY, THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME! And I worshipped Marino throwing the ball, but this man, Aaron Rodgers is just a step above when it comes to throwing the football!

Frank Castle bro what. I never mentioned Brady. I simply mentioned how great of s come back against Carolina it would’ve been had Rodgers been able to see Cobb.
@@malikai5643 Maybe, but it doesn’t take away the fact that the team has failed to deliver in the postseason since after 2010 despite several winning seasons and division titles. It’s like they get the fans’ hopes up each time only to end up empty handed in the end.
When he plays the full season, Rodgers has had 2 seasons where his team is worse than 10-6. 2. One being his first year as a starter, the 2nd being in 2018. Those are the only two times in his career. Aside from that, he is: 11-5 10-5 14-1 11-5 12-4 10-6 10-6 13-3 this season, currently 6-2 looking to finish 12-4. 388 Touchdowns, only 86 interceptions. He has had only TWO seasons where he threw 10 or more interceptions, one being his first year starting. Touchdown : Interception ratio of 4.5:1 . Only two seasons with fewer than 28 touchdowns. Only two seasons under 4,000 passing yards. 16 fourth-quarter comebacks, 24 game-winning drives. 11-8 in the playoffs for 40 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. Absolutely legendary.
Didn't watch as I'm sure it's filled with highlights against my Bears. There was a game 3 or 4 years ago, against Dallas or Detroit - may have been the Dez catch playoff game. Nelson was in the slot and just ran straight down field on a timing throw meant to hit between the 2nd and third level. AR threw a pass that was TOO perfect. Just as Nelson cleared the LB and started to turn around, the ball bounced off his shoulder pad, incomplete. I admitted to myself right then and there that AR was absolutely the most talented QB I've ever seen, and that's about 53 years worth of watching.
As a die hard Packer fan, I know what you mean. We have been SPOILED by AR with his stellar play and consistency. It makes me absolutely sick when all the analysts from ESPN-FOX all say that Rodgers "isn't what he was, he is out there throwing duds and is everything ok between him and LaFleur?" It has been so long since my Pack has had to experience some growing pains (outside of his injury ending seasons) that everyone has forgot that we were one-and-done's in our first years in the playoffs with AR at the helm. I still have faith in AR and he is primed for some stellar playoff games.
Eric Guerrero he also had that kind of passes this season, one for example is in the first Lions game where they win it with a FG, I believe it was early in the 4th, from the opposition 32 yard line with Lazard running the post, Rodgers delivered with pressure to Lazard in stride, the ball was put right in his hands to the point he could’ve grab it with his chest. And of course Lazard somehow dropped it
@@ericguerrero3656 he also threw a ball against Detroit in 2016 that traveled 74yds in the air. It was incomplete because of DPI. ftw.usatoday.com/2016/09/aaron-rodgers-best-throw-nfl-history-michael-vick-randall-cunningham-jay-cutler

Idc what anyone says. Brady, Elway, Montana, Manning, Mahomes, May have more Super Bowls, May be regarded as better career wise, but nobody gave a young kid like I was more belief every Sunday like AR12. Could be 12 seconds and I knew with him we had a chance. Super Bowls are a team achievement, but for so long Green Bay achieved because he was our team.
Vs the Cards in the playoffs literally went 99yards on 2 throws with like 20seconds. No YAC. I don’t think a single QB other than him could do that. I was speechless, too bad we lost. Those are No. 1 with Jared Cook throw be Dallas is number 2. Just incredible
And he was playing with the backups. At Dallas didn't even have Nelson. They should've kept cook, he even asked them too. I hope he leaves somewhere were they give him weapons.
@@jackb750 But the fact is that they’ve struggled in the playoffs since after 2010, and are 1-4 in the NFC championship game since. Despite all their regular season success (and winning 7 division titles since the ) it all amounted to coming away empty handed in the end.
That throw to Nelson in the left side of the endzone against the falcons has to be one of his top 3 throws all time. 4th and goal from the 10, under a minute to go and needed a td to tie the game. Jordys catch and keeping his feet down were just as amazing...it’s too bad they lost that game
I was there. 11/28/2010 It was an amazing game, he throws rocket laser dimes with both feet off the ground... Then they came back to town a couple months later in the divisional round and blew us out on their way to the SB. Aaron is the GOAT been to nearly 90 NFL games. I’ve seen them ALL(QBS) in person and he’s the best by far. It’s just ridiculous
Great foot work. Farve and Rodgers are ultimately my favorite quarter backs...PERIOD. Lol they're expecting him to get sacked BUT his foot work is crazy. Waits for a opening, then BOOM💛💚💛💚
When theres a minute 30 left with the game on the line the last person you wanna see is no.12 with the ball. His athletic ability is on a plane all his own. He is the best at eluding tacklers ' throwing on the run and his accuracy is by far head over heels above any QB that has ever played. With a titlr on the line give me Montana. With MY LIFE on the line give me Aaron Rodgers. The most fun QB to watch work his magic.
Greatest QB period. Brady has never had a bad team around him, not to mention the greatest coach of all time. The Packers without Rodgers are bad. Pats without Brady are still going to do well.
shu s clearly referencing the NFC championship game where he played fine and the defense let mostert rush for 220 yards. That’s the thing is that Rodgers has always carried them, when he got injured 2 years ago we missed the playoffs Brady has always had a top ten defense and good players it’s all about the culture in New England. Last year was basically the first time he didn’t have a top 15 reciever core and he was pretty meh unlike Rodgers where the packers haven’t drafted a reciever in the first round since like 2008 or something and they weren’t even good
Almost every play in this video, Rodgers is under INTENSE pressure. Yet somehow he gets away, finds a receiver, and delivers an OFFSET throw, sometimes without even having his feet on the damn ground, with incredible arm strength and absolutely surgical accuracy! THIS is why NO OTHER QB compares. Period! Rodgers has literally MADE A CAREER OUT OF THESE EXACT PLAYS. Because he’s almost never had an o-line to protect him for more than 2-3 seconds... Brady, Brees, Manning, (insert almost any QB in the decade+ here), NONE OF THEM would have Rodgers stats having to deal with THIS. NONE. HOWEVER, if people are asking/wondering why the Packers drafted Love, it’s because the Packers haven’t seen THIS kind of play in nearly 3 years... Minus the collarbone, since signing that insanely valuable extension(well deserved for what he’s done for Green Bay), Rodgers hasn’t quite been the same... Rodgers has gotten this quiet arrogance about him. And it’s led to him being harder to coach... McCarthy obviously couldn’t do it. But McCarthy also became incredibly stale... then LaFleur came in and at times, you could see the disconnect between LaFleur and Rodgers this past year. LaFleur called something, Rodgers did something else... This is something I have to give the other greats CREDIT for. They’ve remained coachable. Since his collarbone, you can unfortunately just see that he’s just not as confident in his arm... he’s been holding onto the ball WAY longer than he should. No even giving his receivers a chance at times. Favre never did that. Maybe part of it is keeping his legendary TD:INT ratio intact. But Rodgers has been holding the ball, going against the grain with coaches, moving a little slower, and just isn’t as confident as he was... Hopefully with this draft padding the o-line and picking up who looks to a great RB in Dillon as well as some LB support, and our receivers having more experience. Hopefully we’ll see some confidence return for Rodgers Because when this man is confident, you’re NOT going to stop him! It’s that simple!
Hes the best ever hands down. No other QB in history can do what aaron does with a busted play. Hes turned more busted plays into TDs than most QB routinely throw in a season. THE GOAT ' DONT HATE HIM BUT WATCH AND APPRECIATE HIM CUZ ONCE HES GONE THERE WONT BE ANOTHER.
@William Lee What did Jordy Nelson James Jones and Greg Jennings do after they left Green Bay? Jordy Nelson went to Oakland and he wasnt even a number one option and couldnt even eclipse 1000 yards recieving. James Jones went to the Giants and got cut by the Giants practice squad and then the same year came back to play for Rodgers and the Packers and led the league in Touchdown catches that year. And Greg Jennings went to the Vikings and didn't do much. Aaron Rodgers made his players look greater than what they were because of his pinpoint accuracy
While all the physical gift/decision-making is absolutely there and everyone talks about it, I think the mental fortitude Rodgers has is not talked about enough. Many of his best plays are right after he takes a sack/a play breaks down/a pass is almost picked. To come back after a mistake or a loss and STILL be unshaken, if not fired up even more, is huge. Not only for himself, but for his team. The game is never out of reach, even with only 37 seconds left
Vikram Chary give rodgers the OL that Brady has or the coach, Brady has no other skill but to throw, he slow as hell. And if he didn’t have that protection it would be over for him.
Rick O'Shea give me 1 play better than that I get it’s a random regular season game but let’s say that’s the super bowl/playoff game that’s be always remembered so yeah that’s probably pound for pound the best play ever
@shu s those years Rodgers was never surrounded with talent... 2016 he single handedly carried the pack to a NFC championship with no defense, 2017 was injured, 2018 was injured through out the year and had a garbage head coach. if you're blaming Rodgers for those years you're straight up stupid
shu s What about 2011 and 2014? Especially 2011, when he carried a 32nd ranked defense to a 15-1 record. And you’re talking about 2016 when they made it to the NFCCG, 2017 when he got hurt after a 5-1 start, and 2018 where he was hurt all season. Stfu cuz you don’t know what you’re talking about
Goodbye #AR12 and good luck! You've given me many great memories as a Packer fan. Im not even mad you're leaving man, wishing you the best! #AR12 #packernation #gopackgo
He's not going anywhere. We have a few more years left with him. I gotta be honest though, it now feels Packers are going all in for these next few seasons to get Rodgers the Rings he deserves.
I don’t even think it should be a discussion who’s the most talented QB. I mean arod got it all; Arm Strength, accuracy, can make all the throws and probably the best thrower on the run. Dude is disrespected now because of the injuries but he’s still a BADDDD MAN. And also crazy thing is some of his greatest throws not on this video
Rodgers won a super bowl and made many nfc championship games. An offsides kick from a second super bowl. Mahomes hasn't won anything yet but he could end up being better in the long run.
BasketballAddict greatness can be determined by many things based off of opinion. A running back that can throw the ball? Hell yeah Vick is a better athlete... and has a lot of skill. Brady is just a smart guy with the skill needed to make plays happen that the coordinators want 🤷🏻♂️
Favorite Aaron Rodgers announcer comment (after the pass to Janus in the Arizona game, the Janus catch in the end zone to push overtime): Chris Collingworth, involuntarily blurting out, 'Oh, come on!" Followed immediately by the shot of Eddy Lacy with that "did he just do THAT??!!" look.
Fco Dav Interesting that you mention that because I’ve also heard that Marino relied on his physical talents more than on thinking like schemes & match ups.
salamipitza Not sure that ARodg ever will. Marino only threw for more than 30 one other time in his career after his spectacular 1984?season (best ever for any player period). But what I mean is that Rodgers, like Marino, can make any throw on the field & when they are/were playing on TV I licked their game over my own team’s just out of enjoying how they played. The fun factor regardless of outcome or stats is what I loved, same with Favre. Lots of “Wow!” (I had to edit because my fat fingers typed ‘85, getting too old to see small keyboards-lol)
He's definitely a talented QB who throws a great ball. He's also had the luxury of playing on the best team in a mostly Downy-soft division for most of his career (that's useful when it comes to compiling stats). If Green Bay hadn't played Chicago in the the 2010 NFC title game, there's room for debate that they would not have made it to the Super Bowl that year. And yes, Tom Brady also had the luxury of playing in a soft division while he was in New England, but he was able to capitalize on his opportunities in the post-season.
what does the division they play in equate to when talking about him as a Quarterback, thats an excuse mediocre quarterbacks/players use. you can use a what If scenario for every Super Bowl champion since instant replay was introduced. if teams thought like that, the league would nothing but Cleveland and Jacksonvilles
“He’s not the most accurate” “Other people are better decision makers” “Other people control the game better”, I can’t believe people have the nerve to say stuff like this

It makes me absolutely sick when all the analysts from ESPN-FOX all say that Rodgers "isn't what he was, he is out there throwing duds and is everything ok between him and LaFleur?"
It has been so long since my Pack has had to experience some growing pains (outside of his injury ending seasons) that everyone has forgot that we were one-and-done's in our first years in the playoffs with AR at the helm. I still have faith in AR and he is primed for some stellar playoff games.
I really wanna see that play now!!

That throw to Nelson in the left side of the endzone against the falcons has to be one of his top 3 throws all time. 4th and goal from the 10, under a minute to go and needed a td to tie the game. Jordys catch and keeping his feet down were just as amazing...it’s too bad they lost that game

Last year was basically the first time he didn’t have a top 15 reciever core and he was pretty meh unlike Rodgers where the packers haven’t drafted a reciever in the first round since like 2008 or something and they weren’t even good
idk favre was good
@Gray Mandelbaum not the greatest and not even the most talented top 3 tho talent wise.
Maybe most arrogant QB of all time, but favre was no doubt the best Packer QB of all time
Some of those throws needed to be showed 2-3 times on this video.
Hopefully we’ll see some confidence return for Rodgers
Because when this man is confident, you’re NOT going to stop him! It’s that simple!
We owe this man another Super Bowl. All we have done is take, take, take. Time to give. Go Pack go!!!!! \m/

Who else wishes that this year we’ll get to see a Rodgers vs Brady Super Bowl
