Nairobi is highly developed. I live abroad but I was shocked when I came back to Kenya in 2021 after 9 years in diaspora. I went for a vacation in Zanzibar since I used to love the place in the back in the day and enroute I paid a visit to Dar. Its rapidly growing but Nairobi is light years ahead of Dar in terms of development and that's a fact.

Nairobi alone has like 13 World class 5 star Hotels one even hosted President Obama when he visited kenya as president. Also note Nairobi county alone hosts more tourists than the entire Uganda annually & I haven't included Mombasa yet. Kenya

On poverty index it all depends on population density in this case Tanzania has the highest number of people living in extreme poverty at 49.1% Followed by Kenya 36.1% & Uganda 19.7%.
