Great kit. I use the same harbor freight boxes for mine. But if I may make a suggestion put the tool box on top. The stuff in the basket may become projectiles in an accident so having the box on top will hold them in hopefully
I’ve never had an issue rolling up jumper cables. Using a bag helps too. In addition to the safety vest road flairs would be a great addition. Fire starter and will be seen without headlights.
You mentioned pillow in case you have to spend a night in the truck, I don't carry a pillow, but I include in my kit a mesh screen I salvaged from my old tent and magnet stripe to attach it it to the truck body. If by any chance it's hot overnight and you have to sleep in the truck you might want to open window but keep bugs out. Also I think it's a good idea to have basic recovery tools in emergency kit.
Great! Video. I guess there could be no end to what some would call "necessary." My wife would insist on 20 or more changes of shoes and at least several wardrobes of seasonal attire!
The LED "puck" flares are much better imo. They come in packs of 3 or 4 and are extremely bright, with numerous light patterns. They will last for several hours if you are stuck at night and you only need to change out the batteries every year or so.They also have hooks on them and magnetic bases, so you can fix they to your vehicle body/roof for better visibility. What's not to like ?
Well done. May I suggest some power bars or nut bars in your kit. I also pack a couple dehydrated meals with a stove. Additionally have a gallon of H2O as well. Thank you for this video.
This is a good review. Thanks for sharing. Folks need to keep in mind that depending on the vehicle size etc they may have to get modular. I've subbed...best of luck in the channel. I'm looking forward to your upcoming stuff.
I found a article in field and steam a few years back that set up a truck emergency kit which I copied but you have a lot that was in that article also Looking forward to the med kit video I have purchased a few from amazon but am always wanting to build my own
Thanks for watching! The first aid kit video will drop tomorrow! I also have a home first aid kit posted already on the channel. Appreciate the support and kind words!
