I love how Grand Dad is powerful enough to interrupt Ultra M's transformation sequence, and is genuinely friendly to boot! He's basically the Superman of Mario's Madness... I kinda wish we were able to bring him with us throughout the rest of the game.

Makes me wish the ending of the mod was Grand Dad, although unable to save any of your friends, managed to save BF from an untimely fate, whether through sacrifice or just sheer meme power
This means that Grand Dad, who was supposed to “get” BF for Mario.exe, didn’t feel like being a foe and only opposed BF to have a grand old time! I love this interpretation and it makes me appreciate this song a whole lot more!
I mean, were we really deceived?. It follows the story beats of All-Stars. Mario based character sings, more characters appear, "come now take the step", Bf dies at the end, i mean it's practically the same thing!

Honestly I always saw Grand Dad as a jolly fellow who really does not give two hells about Ultra M's grand design and he just wanted to spend some time with kids and just be his grandest of dad self.
Or maybe this Grand Dad is a completely different one as the mod one is a composite of the bootleg, Vinesauce, and SiIva while this one leans much closer to what SiIvaGunner does.

Fun fact: Irregularity Isle and by extension Content Cosmos fit a certain description.
- Comes Right out of nowhere. (Believe me, the last thing you expected was to see Chris Pratt, Grand Dad, Somari and everyone except for SH Mario and Devil Mario in the Content Cosmos. Especially in a game that otherwise appears like a horror mario related thing)
- Has little to No Bearing on the Plot. (The rest of the part from Starman Slaughter to All Stars do not have bearing to the plot either, but at least it tried to fit into the theme)
- Is way too over the top, even for the context of the movie. (It's also why we love the songs in Irregularity Isle, so at least that's a redeeming point)
- After it's over, Nobody ever mentions it again. (Well, safe for All Stars who does mention Secret History Mario... in a segment where his icon appears again... for a small lapse of seconds. Yeah, it's not much. Oh, and the same goes for Devil Mario, so it's only the edgiest)
