This is so great to hear, thanks @DrZocao! We're so glad that you love your Moto device and thank you so much for believing in us from the very beginning 🥰
I really enjoyed my Moto 1 and it looks like this is a significant improvement (particularly in terms of the screen). I'd be tempted to buy one of these however I did have two mounts fail, will the new mounts be more robust that the previous ones?
Hey Carl! We have redesigned all of the mounts specifically to deal with the reported issues from the original ones. You will see a significant improvement on these too 🙌
i bought a gopro mount from china off ebay for mine for less than a fiver, and used the extra bits that came with it in the box for the stick on mount, rather than the rubbish elastic band thing which doesnt stay still when you come to press buttons or take it off, as well as being worried that it may drop off when the rubber perishes, as all rubber bands eventually do, and it's been perfect and solid. the £25 they were asking for an OEM mount is ridiculously expensive for what it is.
Beeline 1 is fantastic, I personally love the fact that I had to learn the icons and I am still able to feel like i'm exploring without a map based system. You should definitely not phase out the moto1 as it's a great option to work along side this.
Hey @benjaminbate8079! So glad to hear this - thanks for the lovely comment! The original Moto is absolutely not being phased out - we have room for both devices in our hearts and will continue to support both with new features for years to come 😊
Ha I pitched the idea for that gadget with a very similar design 8 years ago at TUM University for a course on ergonomics. Seeing this product now is a weird feeling. Well done!
Last year my Moto fell off. The plastic mount inside the Aluminium holder unscrewed itself. I have a second handlebar holder on my second bike. Can I use this mount for the new Moto 2 or aren’t they compatible?
Oh no sorry to hear that! Yes, you can use existing Moto mounts with the Moto II - we have developed an adapter insert that you can slot into existing mounts so that they will fit the new device 🙌
Cool. Always like the idea of the Beeline Moto. I felt the previous one didn't quite fit what I would want. This one looks much better, really considering it.
Fantastic ! I made so many rides with the first models. (2000kms in 4 days these summer and never lost my route). Having this « track » view seems to be so nicer. Great job ! Will you update a bit the original beeline UI that way ?
Hey @Viik! That is so awesome. So glad to hear that you've had great rides with the original Moto! Unfortunately we can't update the UI on the original Moto to include the mini map view because the screen area is just too small (the Moto II has double the screen size) but we will continue to introduce lots of exciting new features for both devices via the app 🤟
@@ridebeeline thanks for the reply, I was expecting that as the screen is smaller. But I also love the autonomy that provide this small ink screen :) Anyway, I'm really interested about the new one.
I have 31,427 miles on the first beeline. I have done many long rides, app says over 1000 hours of riding. I love the compass mode for ending up where I need to be, but I can pick crazy rides as I desire.
Hi there from Malaysia, I love my Beeline so much. This Moto II looks freaking amazing! Can't wait to go for the upgrade although I wonder if it will work with older mounts or we have to change em as well....?
Thanks Richard! So glad to hear that you love your Moto :). Yes, we will have an adapter available that will allow you to use your existing Moto mounts with the Moto II device 🙌
Looks great compared to my phone in a case on the handlebars (doesn’t suit a classic bike!). I’m waiting for the May 2024 release date in the UK for the Beeline 2. Was hoping to get it in time for the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride on the 19th but it’s cutting it fine now!
If I say that I'm looking for this without knowing it exists, no one will believe me. I currently have a cb500x, and I was initially thinking of looking for a smartwatch that had the ability to download maps. I would fix it just below the motorcycle's dashboard, where there is an "ideal" space. However, I didn't find anything cool to take a chance on, and now this sensational video appears. Here, take all my money, I want one... lol (I used translate, forgive me for any errors in the translation).
There will not be a trade-in option for existing original Moto users. However, these devices will continue to be supported and updated for years to come and you’ll always have the street cred of owning the original device! To get riding with some upgraded hardware, we will have mount adapters for original Moto users to either a - use their current original Moto with new Moto II mounts, or to b - use a new Moto II on an existing mount set-up rather than installing new mounting. Thank you for your support on the original Moto. Our Moto gang is strong and we look forward to continuing to build on that experience!
I have a full-size GPS on my motorbike so I didn't think I needed something like this. On a recent trip to Mexico I went e-bike riding and thought a smaller device like the Beeline would make more sense than a huge thing hanging off the bars so now I'm checking it out.
Got my Beeline Moto 1 a couple of days before I found out you were launching Moto 2........Doh! However, really enjoy using the Moto 1 and it looks great on my bike
Thank you Jock! Glad to hear that you are enjoying it - and we have space in our hearts for both devices so will be continuing to support and update both 😊. OG Moto is a very solid choice 🤟
I really hope the flat adhesive mount is available in the package, I don’t have handlebar space to fit one on my bike, so I need to fit one to the glass of my mirror, it’s the only option for me!!
Thanks @japfourme381! Sounds like the 4-hole AMPS would be good for you? If you already have a sticky pad mount, you could use some of those bits (like the arm) to adjust the angle etc.
Please ship to india!!! We need quality products such as this. Our key points, a device that can be dismounted or removed after a drive to protect from being stolen, easily installable and being affordable.
Woo, thank you so much!! Yes, we will be offering adapters in the backer survey which will allow you to make your original Moto mounts compatible with moto II mounts 🙌
This is the one I've been waiting for! I had the original and didn't quite get on with it. I did like it though. *This* one? I'm all in. Someone please take my money!
This looks amazing, the map feature is exactly what I've been wanting. I'm worried about the open usb c port though, is it waterproof for raining riding?
Thanks Hekatoncheiros208! We have enough love in our hearts for both devices and will be continuing to update the original Moto device with new features for years to come. Plus it does have the street cred of being the OG!
I’m loving the beeline moto, and seriously thinking about upgrading to the moto II. Especially the map overlay makes small complex junctions more clear and safe. Can you say anything about the battery life, compared to the original moto? (With backlight off)
Great question - with Moto II you'll get 10-14 hours of ride time on a single charge depending on what the screen brightness is set you. You can also purchase the Powered Mount Insert accessory, which keeps the device topped up by connecting it up to your bike's battery, so you can ride without worrying about recharging.
What is the power consumption of the app like on a phone? During a long trip I imagine the constant Bluetooth and GPS will take a toll, but is it using only what it needs and not performing excessive checks?
Hey! We don't currently integrate with any other motorcycling navigation apps but you can export any routes you like from Calimoto as GPX files and import them into the Beeline app 🤟
Awesome! The mini map will be really helpful. I own two beeline-moto (the regular one and the Triumph Version….for my triumph, of course!). But non of them work as i would like to, it tells you to turn when is already too late 😢 so i do not use them any more and i have been unable to sell them second hand. The triumph version is a beautiful paperweight and opens conversation in the office…. But that’s all it does. My KTM comes with turn-by-turn navigation from the factory, but it also lacks a mini-map. Hopefully i can sell the two units i have and buy this new version!
Hey @abelmelgar6925! Sorry to hear about these lag issues. Have you ever been in touch with support@beeline.co about it? It may be that your phone's GPS isn't very accurate (and there may be ways to improve this). The beta testers have all reported a big improvement thanks to the mini map 😊
The old one did not communicate that well with my phone at the time (Oneplus something). We tried so many things. In the end, you bought it back. Very good of you! Thank you! Another thing was the difficulties in narrow streets/city riding. The arrow was just too late. So when I look at this new one, where a bit of the map is showing, that bit is gone. So this new one looks very promising. Living in Denmark, is it better to wait and see the device on the shelf at my dealer, or can I order one from you? Thanks!
Hey John, thanks so much for this comment! Sorry to hear that your phone didn't get on well with the original Moto - thanks for giving it a go. You can pre-order one from us here: www.kickstarter.com/projects/ridebeeline/beeline-moto-ii-beautifully-simple-nav-for-motorcyclists and they'll also be available via our distributor/retailer networks - across the world and including Europe - from May so you might be able to see one at the dealer then too!
@@ridebeeline Thank you! Well, I don't have an account on kickstarter so I wait untill I see one at my dealers! This new one looks very promising, indeed! Thank you!
Enthusiast user of Moto I, I'm so excited to get Moto II ASAP. One quick question: would the actual base of Moto I be used to fix Moto II on my bike? Or should I install a new base ? Thanks for reply. And guys....well done ! Stéphane from Montreux (Switzerland)! ✌
Thanks so much Stéphane! We really appreciate your support 😊. No need to install a new mount - the mounts aren't quite compatible but you can buy an adapter (for £4.99) which you can put in any original Moto mount to make it compatible with your Moto II device. Thanks again!
I don’t even have a motorcycle but there are a number of reasons you might pick up a device like this: The original version is on sale for $180, very a cheap phone is around the same price. You can easily spend more than $200 on “cheap” phones. Depending on climate/direct sunlight, phones can overheat, with a separate device you can stow your phone in a bag to stay cool. A separate, secondary phone would require swapping SIM cards or paying for a second service plan which would definitely cost more than just using the phone you already have.
Oh wow! I didn't expect that. Great news! I bought my Beeline Moto almost half a year ago and I'm very happy with it, but now it's almost annoying that a new version is being released so soon after my purchase. Are there any discounts for existing customers? :D
Hey @MrNyphen, glad to hear that you are very happy with your Moto device! We don't have any discounts for existing customers but we do have plenty of new features planned for the original Moto device and we will continue to support it for many years to come 😊. Plus you will always have the street cred of an OG device 🤟
I have the original moto unit. Ridden thousands of miles touring the globe with it. Like it when it does not lose cell transmission almost every time I go into a tunnel and between numerous buildings in a city. Did Beeline do fix when that happens - it was really frustrating causing me to stop and reconnect or be taken on a direction i did not want to go.
Thanks @tedhoppe5918! Nice, thank you so much for supporting the original Moto 😊. Because the Moto devices (Moto and Moto II) do piggy-back on your phone's GPS, they will be impacted by confused GPS signal (eg. in very build-up areas of cities or in a tunnel) but this does tend to clear up quickly
i just bought my beeline 1 and i see this now, talk about timing From what i've ridden in it since i got it last week it's good, got a little trouble when there are too many directions at the same intersection though

My beeline died due to water ingress after a trip to the highlands. I will be keeping an eye on the moto2 when its released and might invest in a new one. I like the ease of navigation and how to manage routes on the app and device.
Sorry to hear that! We have worked hard on waterproofing for Moto II and have also designed it for modular repairability (more on that later) should there ever be any issues with it 😊
Product looks promising. I am from Chennai, India and interested to preorder. Beeline Fast and Fun is not available here. Does this mean that I would get only compass mode coverage and not the map-based glanceable turn by turn navigation mentioned in 1:10?
Thank you! We don't currently ship to India unfortunately 😞. We have encountered too many customs issues there in the past but we are trying to find an Indian distributor 😊. You'd get both turn-by-turn and also compass mode mapping in India. If you are in a place not covered by Fast and Fun you will get routing from our default routing provider. The best way to test that out is to download our free app and enter a few destinations to see what the app gives you as a route 🤟
@@ridebeeline that would be awesome. This is actually the only feature that is missing for me to make a purchase decision. Here in Germany are so many street constructions or traffic jams. It would be great to be able to avoid them

Hey @ninhvuhungkhang, yes it works worldwide! The best way to check routing in your area is to download the free app and pop in a couple of routes to see what it gives you 😊

You will see a significant improvement on these too 🙌
i bought a gopro mount from china off ebay for mine for less than a fiver, and used the extra bits that came with it in the box for the stick on mount, rather than the rubbish elastic band thing which doesnt stay still when you come to press buttons or take it off, as well as being worried that it may drop off when the rubber perishes, as all rubber bands eventually do, and it's been perfect and solid. the £25 they were asking for an OEM mount is ridiculously expensive for what it is.
great! looking forward to the version where you can move it from the bike to the hand as a smartwatch :) to navigate through the shops :D
Oh yeah, that would be great! We'll have to look into a wrist strap... 👀
Never used the first one, but I have decided to back this one. I love the improvements made. Excited to get my hands on it. Top work
Thanks so much Liam! We hope that you will love it (we think that you will!!) 🤟
Beeline 1 is fantastic, I personally love the fact that I had to learn the icons and I am still able to feel like i'm exploring without a map based system.
Well done!
Have a look at Royal Enfield's Tripper accessory which has been available for quite some time.
Very interested to see how they deal with intricate junctions. That was my main gripe with the first one.
from when it gonna be available any dates ?? and price plz ??
Thanks Elliot!!! Please give us a shout if you have any questions
Looking forward to getting the Beeline II.
Thanks Mark! Looking forward to sending it to you 😊
Lovely! But wondering, does it have live traffic so I can avoid traffic jams?
But I also love the autonomy that provide this small ink screen :)
Anyway, I'm really interested about the new one.
Hello from Russia! Your product is looking very interesting, really nice!
Wow. Congratulations team 🎉
Thanks so much! 😊
I have 31,427 miles on the first beeline. I have done many long rides, app says over 1000 hours of riding.
I love the compass mode for ending up where I need to be, but I can pick crazy rides as I desire.
Love this, Jason! So glad that you have had so many great miles with your Moto device 🤟. Thanks so much for being a Beeliner ❤
Here, take all my money, I want one... lol
(I used translate, forgive me for any errors in the translation).
Nice! Looks like a GTA minimap, which is more than enough.
🤣😅 Thank you!
Looks great - will it be possible to trade in the original against a purchase of this new one?
There will not be a trade-in option for existing original Moto users. However, these devices will continue to be supported and updated for years to come and you’ll always have the street cred of owning the original device!
To get riding with some upgraded hardware, we will have mount adapters for original Moto users to either a - use their current original Moto with new Moto II mounts, or to b - use a new Moto II on an existing mount set-up rather than installing new mounting.
Thank you for your support on the original Moto. Our Moto gang is strong and we look forward to continuing to build on that experience!
Please put a competitive price for indian markets
Very excited about this!
Woo, thank you!! We are too 😁
I have a full-size GPS on my motorbike so I didn't think I needed something like this. On a recent trip to Mexico I went e-bike riding and thought a smaller device like the Beeline would make more sense than a huge thing hanging off the bars so now I'm checking it out.
Thanks @matt_kelly! Please give us a shout if you have any questions 😊
Finalmente lançaram a moto 2!
You can see the mounting options here: www.kickstarter.com/projects/ridebeeline/beeline-moto-ii-beautifully-simple-nav-for-motorcyclists#:~:text=which%20will%20be%20sold%20separately).
Will the mounts from the original moto work for the moto2? Love the original and allredy backed the moto2 on kickstarter🎉
Woo, thank you so much!! Yes, we will be offering adapters in the backer survey which will allow you to make your original Moto mounts compatible with moto II mounts 🙌
Bee line advocate here, sign me up!!
Thank you!!! We appreciate that 🤟
1000 people talking would not convince me. But a clear description probably would.
Looks awesome 👀😍
Thank you!!
Nice! I have a Moto and love it!
So glad to hear! Thank you!!! ❤
This is the one I've been waiting for! I had the original and didn't quite get on with it. I did like it though. *This* one? I'm all in. Someone please take my money!
Thanks Nigel!! 😊❤
Also, looks like your Kickstarter is going rather well, less than 24 hours in. Congratulations team!
Thanks so much! Yes we can't quite believe it. Feeling very lucky to have such amazing support 🥰@@nigelmtb
Great! Can existing customers get a decent discount?
This looks amazing, the map feature is exactly what I've been wanting. I'm worried about the open usb c port though, is it waterproof for raining riding?
Great question - the device is IP67 rated, and the USB port has a seal to prevent any water or dust ingress.
Oh man, what timing! My Beeline Moto arrived just yesterday. Less than 24 hrs later, there’s a new, improved Beeline.
😂🫵🏽🤡
Great! I ordered my beeline moto II a couple of days ago 😊
Make a wrist band for this, so when you get of the bike, it's on your wrist
What is the power consumption of the app like on a phone? During a long trip I imagine the constant Bluetooth and GPS will take a toll, but is it using only what it needs and not performing excessive checks?
Well done guys, now this I'll get
Thanks so much @JimmySnakes!
nice, it looks even cooler than the original! well done
Thank you!!!
I've been looking for something like this! I hope this will become available in the Philippines.
Thanks so much! We are hoping to expand more and more in various territories so, hopefully, we can we can sell into the Philippines soon
Love it, but I'm kind of locked into Calimoto for my trip planning. Will there be a way to use this with other apps?
Hey! We don't currently integrate with any other motorcycling navigation apps but you can export any routes you like from Calimoto as GPX files and import them into the Beeline app 🤟
Wow feels I am back to my first palm in ... end 90s,wait had already a map
Thank you!
Looks excellent.
Thank you!!
Do they use their patented navigation or is it Google Maps dependent ?
Does the Beeline's have the ability to report on traffic, speed traps, hazards, etc. like other well known GPSs?
Just a simple question why not buy a mid range cheap phone with way less price than this device
I don’t even have a motorcycle but there are a number of reasons you might pick up a device like this:
The original version is on sale for $180, very a cheap phone is around the same price.
Breaks the minimal look of your naked bike.
Just strap a smart watch with navigation assist. That simple
Very nice. When is it available in stores like e.g. Louis in Germany?
Thanks! Should be available from May 🙌
I have the original moto unit.
Because the Moto devices (Moto and Moto II) do piggy-back on your phone's GPS, they will be impacted by confused GPS signal (eg. in very build-up areas of cities or in a tunnel) but this does tend to clear up quickly
i just bought my beeline 1 and i see this now, talk about timing
From what i've ridden in it since i got it last week it's good, got a little trouble when there are too many directions at the same intersection though
Hey @fusaro6614, thank you! Glad to hear that you are enjoying your original Moto 😊. Don't worry - we have room in our hearts for both devices and will continue to update the original Moto with lots of new features for years to come. Of course, it will always have the street cred of being the OG device too 🤟
My beeline died due to water ingress after a trip to the highlands.
When will it be released ? I want 2, hello hello from malaysia
Finally ! After years of using moto 1, it's time for an upgrade !
tell that to a guy who bought his a cpl months ago lol.
Does this new version take Google traffic and street construction info into account for navigation?
Integrating live traffic info is something that we are looking into 😊
@@ridebeeline that would be awesome. This is actually the only feature that is missing for me to make a purchase decision. Here in Germany are so many street constructions or traffic jams. It would be great to be able to avoid them
Can you guys make something similar but it should show apple maps or google maps directly
Will the original mounting bracket that I have installed also hold the v2?
Hey @dom252! We had to change the mounting system slightly but we have adapters available (for £4.99 each) which will allow anyone to mount a Moto II onto an original Moto mount 😊
How to purchase this in India?
So does it require the phone to always be connected to the Internet???
Been thinking about getting one for myself in Vietnam. Has the product somehow worked in my country yet? Or will be available in the future?
Hey @ninhvuhungkhang, yes it works worldwide! The best way to check routing in your area is to download the free app and pop in a couple of routes to see what it gives you 😊
@@ridebeeline I see, will check out the app. Thanks for the reply.
Any chance of getting Australia added to the Kickstarter shipping? Edit: And it’s been added 👍
Thanks for flagging this - bit of a boo boo on our shipping list! 🫣
Question about the Universal Mount; does it fit on a Harley Sportster 48 ?
Yes, it should fit fine on your Harley - the larger diameter silicone bands should work great, or alternatively the Bar Clamp Mount would suit it perfectly.
