One time I ate at a Vietnamese restaurant in a big city. It was not only delicious but the various textures were awesome. I've sometimes thought about flying to Vietnam just for the food.
Don't be surprised by the corn 🌽. I grew up in NYC and one of the most popular soups in China Town is something they called "Velvet Crab 🦀 and Corn Soup" . Basically it seemed like Real Crab 🦀 meat and Creamed Corn along with other flavors and I think Eggs like you see in EggDrop soup. I would have enjoyed everything you had today.Ah-✌️☮️✝️
Proud to be Vietnamese with the most diverse cuisine in the world ,I think in some countries they probably won't use this dish, but in Vietnam it is one of the top dishes that cause beer consumption. Thank you for your very detailed and engaging video.

So happy to see you back in Vietnam. I was adopted from Saigon and have only been back to visit a few times and I miss it a lot. Definitely want to go back and learn more about the food and where I came from
