Wrestling Drill: Heavy Bag Half Pyramid

- Complete a half-pyramid to 10 reps of Shrimp, Buck, Reverse, Circle and Shin Ride (that's 55 reps total of each exercise). Take as few 12-count breaks as you must in order to finish as fast as you can.

I dig this, found my 3rd boxing bag for free but one of them no longer have the hanging loops. So I use it for things like this.
