    I come from a primarily striking background w extremely limited clinch and grappling experience. I’m giving this a try let’s see how I do.

      Let me know what you think. My prescription is once or twice a week for a month -- then see if you're stronger and smoother when you roll.

    I dig this, found my 3rd boxing bag for free but one of them no longer have the hanging loops. So I use it for things like this.

    I have been wanting to use one of my old duffel bags, so glad to see this is working for someone. How much weight do you put in?

    • @Fr_Mitch
      @Fr_Mitch  Před 3 lety

      I just cram in as many folded sheets and such as I can lay my hands on, but you can also use rubber mulch -- $7/bag. It'll take about 3 bags and weigh about 75 lbs. More DIY fitness tips in my book Martial Grit: www.smashwords.com/books/view/1017018
