Almost all enclosure Builders I've seen on CZcams everybody 45is the outside corner of the port but never the inside corner I would think you would at least want to use a router bit to round off that sharp corner on the inside corner of the port that alone is going to create a lot of turbulence and drag.
@M.B.Enclosures - Can you provide a recommendation on my size restrictions. 17 H x 32 L x 17 D, tuned to 32-33 hz range. Any subs you would suggest as well. ideally I would like 2 12's but not sure if that is enough space.
Top notch craftsmanship all day everyday!💯
priceless tips.thank you so much MBE
You are so welcome!
Very nice, and some good tips for someone building their own box.

Nice to hear someone say that all plywood has voids... Never found ply without some voids myself
Exactly
My question is why did you 45 inside of the port on the wall but not 45 the other side of the port where it's a 90° angle?
What size box should a set of sundown xv2 15s go in
Are you building all the Enclosures out of Baltic Birch
Yes.. found a supplier.
That enclosure is ready for duty

Inside of the port where the 45 meets the 90 degree angle does that still measure 2.5inch?
What you think? Typical comment
