Just because Tom raps doesn't mean that he can't dump on the industry rappers & the labels. Tom has said this was an industry troll and they did get a number 1. Ben had fun and said Nova knows exactly what she wants when directing, it seems that everyone Tom works with enjoys it.
The interview Ben did with Tom on his show The Daily Wire, where the idea for this song was born is worth a watch.
Ben interviewed Tom a year or so ago and he joked that he had bars too and could rap which made Tom laugh and offer Ben that if he had this burning desire to rap he'd join in and collab. And this song was born. Ben was rapping from his past tweets. And they're specifically trolling the music industry, woke culture, and the subgenre within rap that Tom doesn't support. I loved it - purposely epic! Enjoyed the reaction! ❤#HOG❤

This is meant to be a troll on the music industry, I hear your side (I'm talking about the gentleman with face tattoos) saying that you took it as how people say don't s*** where you eat, or some kind of saying like that. If you go down that whole tom McDonald rabbit hold you'll realize the way his songs come out every once in awhile he'll put out a big F You song either where he goes super hard and it's just bars on top of bars or it'll be a troll song when he's tired of the hate. Definitely respect your opinion, but tom does where Louis Vuitton and Gucci have but he is very vocal about it not making you who you are and you don't need it. That's why his other more transparent songs balance out these tracks in my opinion. I appreciate that Tom just makes a song depending on his mood at the time so you're going to get a bunch of different types of songs depending on what mood he is in and I feel like that's real. it's his art, and he just does it and it doesn't have to be everybody's favorite. I just appreciate him speaking his mind no matter what people say. Like if people stopped and thought you know how you go through different emotions and sometimes you could be in a good mood and want to encourage unity and love and then sometimes things just got you in your feelings or you're angry and even if you know better you still feel the way you do, and because Tom's music is his therapy we get that insight into him.
I'm not sure which all of the songs you guys checked out already, I do try to catch those you two do a reaction so ignore the ones you've already done.
