- Hundreds of asylum seekers have spent a week at Powell Barnett Park in Seattle's Central District after funding for their accommodations at a local hotel expired. Now, neighbors are concerned and are urging city, county and state officials to find housing solutions, especially since over $30 million in funding was allocated during this year's legislative session.

I dont move across town without a plan let alone across countries. We cant house the homeless citizens of this state let alone thousands who came here. They demand housing and food for free. They demand their children be put in school. They dont put anything in to make the system work.
I feel for the kids. I am angry at the parents for putting their children in this situation by moving them to a place with no plan. If an American citizen did this then the state would take their kids and leave them on the streets to figure it out. Tell me what im saying isnt true.
For the most part asylum seekers are here because of our foreign policy. We should stop economically destroying their countries if we can't accept refugees.

I welcome people who chose America as their primary home. A long-term solution is to purchase a lot in a third state like New Mexico, where lot lands are a couple thousand bucks for like 40 acres 😌😊
