Yeppp. Early in my relationship the insecurity thing was real with the woman i am with. It was annoying as hell with all sorts of drama and tension. I was being accused of "sleeping" around, which I was to be honest, but not always. Point is, she stayed around and did not want to leave. I gave her plenty of opportunities to do so. The funny thing is, The longest relationship I had was about 3 years and it lasted so long because I didnt want her to like me too much because I knew she'd become annoying/ too clingly. Looking back that kept her in a constant state of wanting to seek my approval. Only after her, I dated way better looking girls who left me after I decided I liked them... Maybe it’s not about a permanent perfection for one women but understanding this to have more women overall, each with their own record of time before they checked out.
When you build your frame and the woman enters it by herself, you have some leverage of mistakes, even though the game is 24/7. You're right man. Guys listen to this guy. Took me 40 years of unbelief thinking some are different. But they're not. Trust him...and me.
Casey does a wonderful job of breaking down the riddle of women that we’ve been programmed the opposite of for so long. From a man’s perspective it seems insane that the less committed a man is the more she wants him, and that being committed is a slow burn to an eventual demise. I wouldn’t have believed it until it happened to me, both ways, and as a man we self reflect, analyze everything, compare notes with others and draw conclusions that yes it is in fact true. There’s varying degrees of course, and so many circumstances, but I think at a very biological root level he is correct. The ‘why’ this is I guess doesn’t really matter, but knowing that it does occur regardless of how we feel about it cannot be ignored.
I made these mistakes early on then discovered that treating women rough paid off. It was an experiment i conducted with several of them. When they questioned what i was doing without them and possibly talking to other women created turmoil. Finding balance is an art form, staying focused on the prise is key. I wanted a son and a life long partner (my wife is fine as hell- i rarely compliment her). I have these things, ive lost everything financially and gained them back, got cancer and almost lost everything completely but survived the first round and slowly started building my muscle mass back but i never lost myself. I talk to other women infront of my wife often and can carry a conversation well. I have several hobbies and chase them hard as she follows. I let her know shes free to leave if she doesn't like where we're at. I do what i want when i want and a leader of men. If i can do it, you can too.

Casey's work has been very helpful without a doubt but my only critique is this - while knowing this stuff is key, at some point you have to give a bit of vulnerability and genuine realness. My gf pulled away because of being to rigid with these principles. You need to understand female nature yes but you also need to forthright and authentic sometimes even if it goes against these rules. Know the rules so you know how and when to break them. Theres a science to this yes, but relationships are also an art and if you're too focused on data, pragmatism and worrying about implementing the right strategies you'll never let your guard down enough to have or enjoy a genuine connection. Attraction, desire and sex increased when I stopped taking ALL of Casey's advice for gospel.

I literally came on Casey channel one month ago to try to cure my one year relationship, indeed my girlfriend was displaying all signs of toxicity (disrespect, non cooperative, withdraw sex, always on her phone). Through the journey I learnt so much about women’s behavior and especially how I was supposed to behave, on my end (yes did screw up up - but new information new reaction) which mean not being insecure, nor weak for her and not wanting sex. We did break up two weeks ago. And the more I look back on this relationship combine with Casey’s advice, I now understand that the sweet spot (if not the only) is being the « side dude ». Being focus on my goals, being selfish to achieve my mission and having two / three girls around that are part of my journey without me being committed and not seeing them more than once a week. Never thought I would change that much (always been in couple), however I do think now this is the only way to go.

Maybe it is a good time men and women start to discuss about attraction, relationship, infidelity and etc, so we can get to some conclusions about how to behave with each other, to prevent infidelity, to prevent many good guys staying single and never finding love, to prevent women cheating on their men.

Wife cheated on me and I think it was because we started working at the same workplace, and after a year of me being lower position than her and amor blue-collar position she had an affair with the head chef and I mean she shut down For an entire year. On the community building aspect of it all I’m a social worker and even when I wasn’t looking my best because I was building communities moving mountains, bringing massive groups together and starting programs and nonprofits there were actually women who were millionaires wanting to leave their husband for me. Unfortunately I wasn’t morally bankrupt at that time and now my wife got the best of me and she even is Blind. And I’m good at what I do but once she moved up a little higher than me at another job that I moved to this all happened. All the dude did was bring her coffee every once in a while, and Give her compliments on her recipes
My wife was doing everything Casey said for awhile. She cut off sex after talking to a guy 7 hours away for around a month. I don't know if he ever came to town before I found out what she was doing. She was texting and calling this guy 24 hrs a day! I had no idea about female nature. She's been gone for 3 months. Even though it hurt the way she left, this guy did me a favor. Again, Casey has said that once a woman "believes" that she has priority in your life - your relationship with her is effectively over, and it is only a question of time before she exhibits negative traits, so preparing herself to move on - or until Chad turns up! If you look at Casey's arguments, you will see that he is stating that women are ALWAYS looking for a reason to leave a relationship, or disqualify a man! It does not matter how rich or successful the man is, what he provides - not even financial security is enough for her! Even you have seen this for yourself. yo I been watching ur videos lately and I couldn't disagree more with the neysayers. Each video has tidbits of info that is different from the others. Even tho they may hit similar topics, the info, if you are listening carefully, has different explanations than the others and you can literally piece everything together and make shit work.
