@enzoneable I just feel it in my heart. Her face talks by itself. She didn't even have a car. No driving licence at her age. She won her 1st car, a Porshe, after winning Stuttgart Open. So this is a girl who is not running after fame or show off. She's humble and modest at heart, and most of the crowd like that.

I love Sabalenka - Rybakina matches . 2 polar opposite personalities. Matches are full of big powerful shots and huge serves , but at the same these 2 respect each other. There is always a good hug and convo regardless of who wins.

WTA, why is precious highlight time wasted by showing players approaching and sitting down when that time could have gone towards showing more tiebreaker points?

Amazing champion mentality from Sabalenka, she's a true fighter, she was so brave at the crucial points, in the other hand Rybakina played safe at the important points and Aryna take all of them.
Sabalenka, Rybakina, Swiatek are women's top 3 in tennis rn, bar none!
They keep this up a few more years, they can be the Federer, Nadal & Novak of women's tennis.

Basically, you had the biggest, cleanest, and most consistent ball strikers on the WTA battling it out.
The winner was the one who was more clutch and the greater resolve : Sabalenka, obviously.
Rybakina just handed over the match in a platter even though it felt like she was hustling for every point.

@@networth00 - Yep prior to that she had a easy put-away to go up 40-30 while serving for the 2nd set and missed it and next point missed an open court volley to hand Sabalenka the break to get even!

Great reminder for Ryba that everybody is beatable. She looks like she doesn't care anyway... Saba came back like a phoenix from the ashes. This game was on the level which most of the players will never reach. Two of the golden trinity indeed.

Sabalenka, by all accounts, is a popular person off court: effervescent, vivacious, and genuine. But on court, her screaming banshee antics are excruciating and insufferable. Iga Swiatek is the only one who not only matches Saba's ability but also her ice-cold killer instinct. She will slay the banshee.

Best match of the tournament it has to be Sabalenka Collins or might be the final Swiatek Sabalenka, this one can not be as 1st set was too one sided.
Sucks that one had to lose here. Both of them are so powerful and hit the ball really hard. Saba didn't hold back and went for her shots. She got that champion mentality. Can't wait for Aryna vs Iga II. Iga can breathe a sigh of relief but cannot be complacent as Aryna proved it last year.
aryna is just electric to watch .. when shes on fire she hits jaw dropping winner from every angle also adding more drop shots etc to her game .. amazing player to watch 🔥

Sabalenka brings out the champion mentality when needed most.
Rybakina was too exhausted and fatigued and couldn't keep up her high level and Sabalenka used it to her advantage.

Aryna was luckier again. I like them both but my favourite is Elena. There’s no other young woman like her. Real angel 😇.
Lucky? She raised her level significantly and Elena was also playing great but in this match Aryna wanted it more and proved it by raising her level and winning the match. Very simple. 😊

I really hate it when the two are labeled as power baseline players. The game has evolved so much since the days of Davenport and Sharapova so it’s really unfair to keep forcing down new gen players with such an outdated label. This match clearly demonstrates the variety, finesse and strategy used by the two Slavic girls. Sure, their serves are deadly, but let’s not forget they can construct, volley, defend, net play and attack while in defensive positions.
This match was quite a lot of big hitting.
Both women came to the net, but mostly just to finish points on short balls.
Rybakina spiced in a couple drop shots, and she had a bit more variety overall I would say, but this was definitely a baseline war of attrition between two big servers.
Seems you are trying to force it here, but that’s ok too. These Slavic girls are definitely multifaceted tennis players, even if this match wasn’t the best example of it.
I'm sorry but Davenports is also phenomenal on volleys, hence why She also got couple of doubles titles.

As a Iga Swiatek supporter, I have literally supported Aryna Sabalenka in this gruelling semi-final clash. I had estimated that it was going to be a condensed appearance between Sabalenka and Rybakina. The physical determinants are at the foreground in order to watch the commanding rallies and combats among these seeded players. The forecast has lucidly been detected in the end of this match. Congratulations to Sabalenka!

The worst thing happened for Rybakina was the horrendous first set and beginning of the 2nd set from Sabalenka, it gave her a comfortable position where she didn't need to make any effort to get the points, Sabalenka was giving her freely then she relaxed, rested and when she needed to be in the rhythm of the final of the 3rd set it was late, she was cold and Sabalenka was climbing to her best level. Something similar happened in Brisbane's final but obviously on hardcourt Rybakina could finish it anyway. It's easy to say "it's a lesson to be learned never to relax throughout the match" from my position but I understand why Rybakina tried to save her energy while her opponent wasn't giving any fight, she played a 3hs match 24hs ago, again unlike Brisbane where she played about 3 hours throughout the whole tour so in the final she was full of energy.
I would say we have an interesting sports rivalry in here! What a match by both.

She was gonna win if Aryna continued serving as horribly as she did in set 1, fortunately she increased her level significantly and served even better on the third set.
Totally agree. This match should have ended 6-1 6-4. Rybakina's errors in the deciding game are inexplicable. She played herself in this match and lost.
After losing the first set, Sabalenka knew that she could only win by using her extra physical power over Rybakina. And that's what she did in the next 2 sets. Rybakina couldn't put more power to match with her. So Sabalenka won by having the physical edge on her side only.

Sabalenka's mental game is on point.
It's wasn't who is mentally stronger and we all know that Rybakina mentally is way stronger than Sabalenka, it was who is more fresh and Sabalenka was the more fresh player, because of which she won.
@@einarsd4nah Aryna was not fresh, every match she has played has been a three set battle except the Mirra match. She had spent waaaay more time on court than Elena, she was simply the better fighter in this match even thought she was behind in the first two sets.
@@nhlanhlamakhanya2285 Aryna Sabalenka was way more fresh than Rybakina. Rybakina won Stuttgart tournament and played 10 consecutive matches in 2 weeks while Sabalenka excited Stuttgart at early rounds.
Nothing depended on her in the first two sets. She played weakly and was just preparing for defeat, but Rybakina gave her a royal gift in the deciding game.

Rybakina is a lovely girl. It was sad to see her choke at the end. She had the match won and then hit several nervous volleys and overheads at the end which gave it to the Big Mouth.

sorry to tell iga, but watching these two play is way more fun and interesting than watching the #1 player in the world play. These two have the charisma and the star power we want from the WTA!
It's crazy how Aryna went from being one of the most hated player on the WTA tour and by spectators because of her grunt and her strong determination, to being one of the most beloved after all these years. She stayed true to herself and improved her mental strength and game plan, proving she's a big fighter who actually gets along with pretty much anyone on tour. I really command her for all that.
Elena on the other hand, has always been the silent fighter. She always appear very stoic but the you can see this flame, this passion within her. She's really calm and collected which really helps her in my opinion.
Iga is both of Sabalenka and Rybakina at the same time. She's better when it comes to tactics and game plan, but she sometimes lack in the mental department when she's taking blows after blows in a match.
I really do think we have a big 3 here. And it's magnificient.

Rybakina is well able to win with Swiatek, but often lose to Sabalenka. Sabalenka than often wins with Rybakina, but lose to Swiatek. Now guess who is going to win the tournament 😂
