When I was very very little, I remember that I watched this anime non stop. But many years have passed and I totally forgot everything that was about this anime. I only remembered scene from op no. 15 where this lady gets naked. I have never forgotten that scene. I swore to myself that I'll find that cartoon. After many years of research I found this cartoon but with purple lady instead and I was very disappointed since I knew that she wasn't like that. After 2 years (now) I researched again and found that there is more versions like this one. I was very happy to finally find it. But still I wasn't sure, till I found this video, with that opening.... Thank you so much, for helping in my journey by uploading this video... Many memories are given back to be because of this :)
Your current avatar reminded me of a recent post I saw regarding fighting Lady Dimitrescu in RE 8.
The post was something along the lines of "If you fight Lady D, do you think her clothes get ripped off?" To which I responded... "This is Resident Evil 8, not Yatterman."

this video gave me somewhat a brief history of a franchise that has existed for many decades, I want to get into it, but not sure if I should start with the first series or watch the recent series first

if you want to start the series i highly recommend you Yatterman (2008) probably the best Time Bokan based anime

What I find unique about the 70s-early 80s series is that it does not look like it was produced in Japan. At the time it seemed they were emulating the style of Western animation from the likes of Hanna-Barbara and Dic Entertainment. However they mostly are reminiscent of old 70s Hanna-Barbara series I enjoyed watching on USA Network's "Cartoon Express." However the amount of sexual references and naked villainesses would not be allowed on Western TV. Speaking of which, which villainess do you think is sans clothing the most in the series spinoffs? My guess would be Mirenjo from "Yattodetaman," though Muujo from "Zenderman" is a close second.

I swear in the mid 80s some American cartoon ripped off the scene from "Gyakuten Ippatsuman" at 5:54. I recall it even had the setting sun and the orange background. This would have been around 1985-87.
