Even if you could beat Rafa in an ATP tour match, it would be a completely different story with Roland Garros.

@@21daysfromnow Agree, but it is a tall asking order for anyone to beat rafa on clay in 5 sets at his favorite place, due to the size of the playing court and crowd being on his side. But I agree with you, this will probably be his best chance at winning a GS. If he could be Rafa, the FO is his.
Soderling can say the same lol. Lost one game at Rome then won at RG. Alex would have won 8 out of the last 10 sets against Rafa if not for the rain delay. BO3 or not that’s a large sample size. Especially have to give him a chance with the forecast tomorrow and Rafas last 2 matches going over 4 hours
If Dominic is resurrected, no one but Rafa will have a chance. He is the second best RG man of all time.

True but 2 things. Sascha has improved a lot. His serve is tough to deal with. 2. If Cilic comes through, he has been playing in God mode all week. Very tough opponents, IMO. Much harder than Novak or Rudd.
