- Hello everyone !
Here is our first reaction to BTS. We hope that you like it as much as we enjoyed recording it.
Don't forget to tell us which group you got into Kpop with.
Love you ! - Zábava
I’m 63 years old I found BTS a little over 2 years ago I’m also Korean American who immigrated to the US in 1970. I was aware of K-pop a few years prior to finding BTS due to my mom having Korean channels and watched Korean programs when I visited her but found K-pop juvenile compared to western music. I grew up with pop, rock, classic rock and so on. But when I watched BTS performance on Jimmy Fallon show of the song Idol I was totally blown away and most of all I couldn’t believe they were Korean. I became obsessed with them. To be fair I watched some other groups but you know what , if you find BTS there is no going back. No one can measure up to their excellence. They are K-pop idols because they are in that industry but they are true music artists because they write their songs from their personal experiences and they also produce. RM and Suga were writing songs for many years before they became trainees were in underground rap scene. I know many armies have mv suggestions but my suggestion is to watch their live performances. MMA 2019 it’s long because this award show gave them 35 minutes to perform. Armies love long videos. I really enjoyed your reaction. 💜
Thank you very much for sharing your story 🥰 And for the recommendation 🙏
아주 어릴때 이민을 가셨군요. 채널에 방문해 주셔서 정말 감사합니다. 💜💜💜
You're so right about the "once you find BTS, there's no going back". I don't know why I resisted listening to them when Dynamite came out, and even when I got into K-drama. I even got to check groups like Exo, BP or Astro. But yup, Jungkook and Seven came out, and I haven't gone back since. They're the best.
@@CassMoon412 I have listened to all of the BTS songs
@@CassMoon412 I have listened to all of the BTS songs
Same person got his attention. In the first video yellow hair guy, and in the last video the most handsome V.
You're right, it's always the yellow hair 😂
We have another V bias😄😄
V was so small goofball and now he's a calm man who loves mostly jazz and ofcourse multiple different other genres 😭 they all grew up so perfectly each one of them have a different personality different musical inspirations💜
They did grow up very well, and we are proud of them all 🥰💜 - Cass
You calling Tae handsome made my day because he is and has always been my ult bias!
He is super handsome =) - Moon -
Same...welcome him to V stan team😄😄
@@CassMoon412 You know Jin has a solo song called Moon just saying
This reaction is so cute, When you saw them grown up and got the chills🥹 and seems like V caught your eye, he grew up so so beautifully and made us so proud like all of them 😭😭💜💜💜 borahae
Thank you 🙏 We are indeed so proud of them 🥰
I got into BTS through Kim Taehyung and Hwarang kdrama 2019. He‘s still my ultimate bias! 💜 Greetings from Finland 🇫🇮
Your support from Finland is wonderful!💜I didn't know that 뷔 took a drama. Thank you for your information - Moon -
Me too!
V the most handsome man in the world always 😍😍💖💜
To me he is the 2nd most handsome (Moon is first), but I agree 😂 - Cass
Thats so cute of you😂@@CassMoon412
Jimin would be scandalized. He was top student in high school. Valedictorian I believe. Hehehehe You two are adorable.
Omg Jimin please forgive us 😂🙏
Yes he was a very good student. In particular, he's very good with Maths, Science, and PE. He practiced several martial arts including Haikkido and Taekwondo that's why he has built muscles and has excellent core strength. He also entered Busan High School of Arts where he became the top student in Contemporary Dance department and also admired for his skills in Hiphop dances. To top it all, he was Class President for 9 years, so it goes without saying he was well-admired by both his classmates and teachers for being a good student. 😊💜
@@essyl0621🤣🤣🤣 Exactly my thoughts when that said this. So funny because it's so wrong, but he's so cute while saying it!💜💜
I'm 67 and a devoted ARMY. Taehyung came to me first with his hauntingly beautiful voice on "Christmas Trees" several years ago. I discovered he was in BTS, who I had heard of but was not familiar with their music. Many late-night hours and CZcams videos later, I was fully headlong into the BTS rabbithole!. I don't exaggerate when I say that Bangtan Soyeondan changed my life! Their messages of self-love, personal growth, kindness, inclusion, female empowerment, and perseverance, among others, have impacted so many lives! Thank you for your reactions to these amazing young men. They really do deserve our time and attention! 💜
Thank you for watching and sharing your beautiful ARMY story with us! 🙏🥰 - Cass
Becky, you are me. That’s exactly what happened to me. CT, no knowledge of BTS at all or realisation that V was even in the group. I’m not Army but enjoy BTS’ songs. For me Tae’s music sustains me and I can enjoy it and his parts in BTS songs while he’s in the military.
Thank you to everyone who left replies. There are so many groups I've never heard of before, so I hope I can give a reaction to all the groups you mentioned. It's really interesting as a Korean that everyone got into K-pop, with different groups and different songs. Thank you so much, everyone, for loving Korean songs and groups. From Korean Husband - Moon -
I was a casual listener of K-Pop until I got into BTS. I found them through Hannibal, believe it or not. I was mourning the cancellation of the NBC show and watching fanmade videos in the middle of night around Christmas of 2016, when I heard an angelic voice sing "내 피 땀 눈물" and goosebumps (chicken skin) erupted on my arms. I immediately went to the comments and scrolled through all the Darude Sandstorm comments and found that it was Blood Sweat and Tears by BTS. I asked myself: 'Self? What's a BTS?" I watched the video and asked that age old question "What are their names?"
And the rest is history.
Oh that's actually a really funny story. The famous "What are their names?"... Classic 😂 - Cass
I’ve never looked back. And I’ve never regretted my decision to open my heart to these boys. Love your videos. They’re so wholesome. I’m subscribing for the pronunciation of ‘Really’. It made me uwu.
@@olimakiella Thank you so much 🙏🥰
Fjfjdks you have a very unique way of getting into BTS 😭😭🫶 love to read stories like yours because people can really get into them the most obscure way possible and it still makes sense
I'm from the USA, and I was a K-pop fan before BTS even debuted. My introductions to the genre were 4minute - Hot Issue, 2NE1 -Fire, & SHINee - Lucifer in 2010. I fell in love with the dancing and the theatrical performances that the genre offered, and became a Shawol, 4NIA, & BlackJack pretty much immediately. When BTS debuted in 2013, I followed them all the way along their journey and I'm still here as part of ARMY now. :)
These days, my ult group is actually ATEEZ, but those original groups will always have a place in my heart. SHINee and BTS especially.
Edit: I just wanted to add that you guys should definitely watch the MV for 'Love Wins All' by IU. It came out recently, and V from BTS stars in it as an actor. The song and video are beautiful.
Wow you are an Army since debut, that's amazing! And all the groups you talked about are really good as well (I love SHINee too 🥰).
I actually checked out IU's MV by myself and cried my heart out as the song and the MV are both so beautiful and moving. Absolutely love it from start to end. Thank you for recommending it 🙏🥰
Please react to IU Love Wins All mv with BTS V. The very handsome man Moon noticed 😅
I'm a 39y. Finnish ARMY. Bts was my first toutch of K-pop. And still my 💜🪙💜
They literaly saved me when a was in a very dark place.
Forever ARMY
Thank you for sharing you story, mine is quite similar 💜 - Cass
From USA, I discovered k- pop thru BTS Suga's Daechwita and from then i became obsessed with BTS and BTS only!
Thank you for sharing 💜 - Cass
I liked your reaction of BTS ! I am a French 50 year-old ARMY who first encountered them 6 years ago, via a friend first and by myself while surfing their numerous videos. I started listening to K-Pop with CNBlue and some songs from K Dramas. But BTS is my ultimate bias and I've been listening and following them since then and can't stop doing so. They are my sunshines and life is much better with them. They're really good and hard-working young people and an example of humbleness and hard-work for younger generations. I can't wait to see them reunited again ! Enjoy this ride through the long list of contents from BTS and BORAHAE 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Nous vous rejoignons avec impatience pour les retrouvailles et les futures entreprises de BTS. Merci d'être un membre de la famille ARMY, et BORAHAE à vous aussi ! 💜 - Moon -
When my granddaughter was at Texas A&M she was introduced to K-Pop and thoughtfully introduced me to it too. That was 2016 and I was lukewarm at first. By 2017 I was really enjoying BTS. During Covid I counted on episodes of Run BTS to get each of those days started with a good laugh. They really helped me cope with the isolation. I've found that BTS is so much more than their music. You might like Taylor Mari's Guide to BTS to get to know more about them. BORAHAE
BORAHAE to you too, and may BTS continue to inspire and bring joy to your days! 💜
I'm 54, from Texas and I stumbled onto BTS by accident seven years ago (late 2017) by hearing their song "MIC Drop" and the video on CZcams
I was instantly hooked because I'd never heard anything like it or seen a group dance like them so well....I tried listening to a bunch of other kpop groups because I was so stunned with BTS that I figured I must be missing out on a ton of great kpop music
But nobody else's song catalogue really "hit me" like BTS, so they are the only ones I listen to -- I grew up only listening to alternative rock, but for seven years now I've pretty much only listened to BTS 😂🤷♀️ NO REGRETS
Thank you for sharing your love and passion for BTS, and here's to many more years of enjoying their music together! 💜
My 1st Group is BTS, and my Ult Group is BTS. I am ARMY for life.
U listen to other groups like Shinee, GOT7, TXT, Seventeen, Stray KIds, Ateez ....BUT mainly focus on BTS.
I own every single album in all versions....the only Group I buy for.
Haha BTS forever 🔥
Oh gosh taehyung grown up very well 💜
I became a fan back in 2020 with their song ON.I haven’t looked back since.I swear they don’t have any bad songs!
That's nice, I really like ON, especially the choreo 🔥
I’m 55 and I’ve been OT7 since 2016. I was home alone during chemotherapy and BTS brought a smile to my face ever since.💜
Thank you for sharing your story. It's heartwarming to hear how BTS's music and presence have been a source of comfort and joy for you during challenging times. And really do hope that you are getting better. Wishing you continued strength and happiness on you. 💜 - Moon -
I was introduced to BTS by my 10 year old daughter, at the time, in 2020. She was a fan and Dynamite was in constant rotation in my house. I checked out the lyrics and fell in love the song. I wasn’t really a fan yet until 2022 when I saw a boxing video of Jungkook. 😍 That’s when I wanted to know all their names and the rest was history. Down the rabbit hole I go! BTS is the only K-pop group I listen to.
Thank you for sharing your story, and here's to many more joyful moments with BTS's music and artistry! - Moon -
My first group is FT ISLAND.
Then I discover BTS in their early days. I am an ARMY. Then I use
BTS Jimin song with Han Sung
Woo WITH YOU as a lullaby song .A 3year old girl like it and she like JIMIN very much. She always pick Jimin song Set me free first / dance to it with choreo action. She like Vibe, Like Crazy and now she just watching
BTS in between play .🎉🎉❤❤
I love how BTS' songs since debut are bangers even nowadays. Their songs are really good everlasting! and I love the fact they have meaningful lyrics since the beginning. They were never afraid of speak about about many topics and being themselves, that's why some people hate of them since debut saying their were rebels but they were just fighting for the young generation and fighting all the prejudices back then. I love Bangtan so much. 💜 It was sad also how many people were laughing at them just because them came from a small company and were different but look at them now! LEGENDS. 🔥
And yes they cringe so much watching their old stuff especially Jimin lol. I remember when they were watching their debut stage and one member said "You can see the passion in our eyes!" and then Taehyung replied with "It was the eyeliner" lmao 💀 That line is so iconic now hahaha
Btw I listened to 2NE1 and some Big Bang since like 2010 when I was a kid and it was bc a friend showed me some songs and then I listened a lot the two popular songs of PSY in like 2012-2013 but I honestly didn't dive or got interested in kpop until I discovered BTS in 2016. I immediately fell in love with bts and found that they just hit different after listening to a lot of kpop. Since 2018-2019 i stopped listening to kpop gradually ngl. I mean, now I listen to some kpop songs here and there but I guess through the years I felt many songs and concepts repetitive and I lost interest in many groups but that's just me. Currently I listen mostly BTS, IU and TXT and lately NewJeans bc I found their songs really refreshing.
Thank you for your story! And my wife just showed me that part "It was too much eyeliner" lol. so funny hahaha - Moon -
As an Asian, and a 35-year-old Filipino, I grew up listening to all kinds of music in different languages. Kpop and Korean dramas as far as I remember became popular here in the Philippines starting early 2000s. The earliest ones I heard were Kdrama OSTs but the first Kpop group I heard was HOT. I did not became a fan but I do sing along Korean songs that I like even if I didn't know Korean.😅 I listen to songs on the radio and just blabber what seemed to me as Korean lyrics 😂 Internet became a thing when I was in middle school so I research Romanized lyrics of Korean OSTs I like. I only became a fan as an ARMY when I stumbled upon an article about BTS in 2015. The article was about the 사재기 issue. I did my research about BTS because of the curiousity as to why kpop fans accused them of such a thing. From then on, I listened to their songs and became an ARMY because of who they are and what they represent. Their song lyrics resonated to me and their personalities were way different from anything other kpop groups show to the public. They did not care if people see their imperfections. They show weaknesses, and genuine feelings. That's how I became a loyal fan and I know that I will stay as an ARMY forever. Them and their songs are my comfort, inspiration, encouragement, and solace.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful journey with BTS 🙏 You are right about their message, its really that great 🥰
I loved HOT!!! and Thank you very much!
I got into K-pop in 2019 after my 2 teenagers and husband all were already into BTS. I became ARMY last in my family. I believe it started with Boy with Love by BTS. Then Stray Kids, TXT, Ateez and Seventeen. I love all of them so much. I love your reactions and look forward to watching more. If you get a change to react to Seventeen. Thank you 💜🫶🏻
Thank you so much 🥰 I wish my parents were into Kpop as well, that would be a cool thing to share. And Boy with luv is a really good song 👌
Better later than never, right? Welcome! I’ve been an official kpop multistan since 2007 with BIGBANG during my teen years but I knew of Kpop since 2004 unofficially thru 1st & 2nd gen artists such as RAIN / JUNG JIHOON, SE7EN, SS501, SEOTAIJI&BOYS, etc. but because of the unrealistic expectations of my parents to grow up in certain path, I had to really keep secrect for first 12 years until I got older and developed my own mind. I had social media since high school but couldn’t upload or post anything about my interest in Kpop since my family wouldn’t and still don’t understand nor care for it, which is fine since all they going to do is keep applying religion into it. Except for my cousins I barely have contact with I’m the only one of my immediate family thats into Kpop.
Thank you!💜💜💜 I love watching you. You two are so cute! 61 year old army.
Thank you so much 🙏🥰
Thank you for your reaction!
Jin - our WWH (World Wide Handome) was even than "good looking".
For their first few MVs the channel 1theK should be used as it has better/real translations. (auto-translate is... not good to put it lightly - also has the better translation for "Fire")
To understand their first song I think should know "n-po generation" and how much people in SK work. They also have one of the highest suicide rates of teenagers in the world.
(52 hours max a week but recently they tried to make it up to 69 hours a week for "emergencies" -- which people did not like)
Jimin was a very good students (he already has a bachelors degreee with destinction - or whatever that is called), but also a dancer & has a black belt in Taekwondo + a few years of Kendo and dabling in other martial arts.. He is pretty athletic but showing his abbs back than was not a choice but a necessarity for survival with a label with high debt and little "normal" promo. In fact he was so good in for example math that he even taught math in school if the teacher was absent.
He has gotten used to showing of his body and even likes it to a degree. (or as the members said: sometimes Jimin dresses himself so he can undress himself)
V ("blond") like Jimin is born in 1995.
I wouldn't say "slow" start - I mean they won quiet a few important rookie awards and I think at least one foreign one. They became bigger with every release. By 2016 they had their own twitter emoji -because they had so much engagement.
Personally I only comfortably call myself Army but I do follow a few other Idol groups loosly. BTS are what forms K-pop today and are pretty much the ones that bring "authenticity" into the genre which some of the top acts have now, too.
Thing is that BTS is what still makes K-pop known in mainstream aka. they are as big as the rest of Idol music put together and one of the top 10 artists in the world.
(They were the global recording artists in 2020 and 2021 and second in 2022 according to the IFPI)
"Yet To come" is their latest MV but not their latest group music - they also have a lot of solo music now - than we have still the OST for "Bastion" and the Festa gift last year "Take Two" and technically we have the whole vcalline on Benny Blanco's "Bad Decisions" (which is so funny).
(I'm bad with Names, too - so that is no problem)
What i love about their music is that genre is just a suggestion and they do whatever they want and whatever fits the story they want to tell.
The channel "Enjoy BTS More" has their live-performances with subtitles.
You nice! Keep going! 💜
Thank you for all the information, that was interesting 🙏😋

💜 - Moon -
Awesome video concept! My first introduction to BTS was Mic Drop. Been a fan ever since.
Thank you 🙏 I love Mic Drop, might be one of my favorite songs from them 🥰
Jimin went to school and was the best student. He’s very smart. After school he’d practice dancing until after midnight. He danced modern and learned hip hop after he started wanting to be an idol. He started BTS with that body. My first song was Life Goes On. During Covid lockdown.
Haha thank you but it was just a joke, really 😋 - Cass
@@CassMoon412 I know hun. I wasn’t angry or upset. Maybe you’d like to introduce your hubby to the introduction to BTS members. I’m hoping they have it CC Korean bc I saw it with only English speaking. A lot of people gain such insight after knowing a few important things about them. I don’t have the link but I’ll look for it if you’d like it. I’m ARMY but I’m not one to be overly sensitive to what newbies say. I’m older and never add wood to any fire. I’m the first one with the water hose. I love watching new fans realize who BTS are and what it’s taken to get here. I really enjoyed watching and I’ll be following you. Most ARMY will welcome you with open arms. Don’t let negative comments get you down. 💜😉
My first introduction to Kpop was Super Junior, Sorry Sorry and Wonder Girls, Nobody. Kpop has been popular in South East Asia for the longest time and yes, I am old!
Haha that's really cool (no you're not, don't worry 😋😂)
Oh! wow! I also know Super Junior and Wonder Girls songs!!
Love BTS. Discovered kpop from them. My ult artists. Humble and still the same. Irreplaceable. No more dreams is a great song which inspired me as a young teenager.
Yes Jimin worked hard for that as it was the concept for their debut era but as a dancer and martial artist he was already athletic. They did complete school and now most or all are uni graduates. Jimin was a top student and valedictorian plus 9 year class president. So he was a very good student :)
You need to watch Guide to BTS by Taylor.
It's wonderful to hear how BTS has made such a positive impact on you and many others. Thank you for the recommendation 💜 - Moon -
I found BTS during the pandemic at the end of 2020 and I haven’t looked back. I have nothing against other Kpop groups, but I feel no one can top my boys, so I don’t want to listen to any others. BTS have captured my heart and their lyrics, melodies, rapping, masterful productions by them and their overall talents in singing, dancing, charisma, sincere interactions and love for us makes them incomparable. When you have the best, you don’t look for anything else. It’s like when you get married to the love of your life, no other guys can make you turn your head.😊 BTS are like that to me. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Kamsahamnida!! Annyo!!!🫰🏻🫶🏻
I understand. You can think of BTS as another genre beyond K-pop 💜💜
Jimin My first love❤
I guess a lot of people's first love 😹hahaha. opps - Moon -
I learned about Kpop from seeing BTS on US late night talk shows right before the pandemic. I was hooked. By and large I don't like the all English songs as much as those written and performed in Korean or Japanese. And yes, I did cry when watching the last video for the first time. I recommend checking out one of the intro videos by XCeleste, Taylor Mori, or Rice Squad. They are all well done and will show a little more about why the fandom, called ARMYs, are so connected to the guys. I am glad you enjoyed these videos and your comparison from 1st to last video was a nice idea. Keep watching and enjoying.
Thank you so much 🥰 And thank you for the recommendation 🙏
My first kpop song was Big Bang's Fantastic Baby, just a few months before Gangnam Style blew up.
But I wasn't really a fan until I got into BTS, like five years later. I had stumbled upon a dance cover of Not Today, and decided to check out the original because I liked that cover a lot. I fell down the rabbit hole, very quickly and very hard, and by the time BTS released their next song (Mic Drop, steve Aoki remix), I was a proper fan.
Thank you for your stroy 😀 i liked the Bigbang too. Also i start to love BTS 💜💜💜
I'm only an army my introduction to bts was dope mv and here we are now 6 years later 😅

TAehyung or V, is indeed the most handsome man in the world since 2017 till now, he wins everysingle ranking and tops the rankings where he already won and cant give twice win
Haha he's something indeed 😋 - Cass
I found BTS just under 5 years ago, and they came to me in a very hard time for me. At first, I was against liking them since I believed their song Dynamite had swears in it, and thought it was inappropriate at the time. As I started watching their choreography, I fell in love with their songs, and everything about them. I have been a full fledged ARMY since 2020 or 2021, a little while before PTD was released. I cannot imagine what would have happened to me had I not found them. They've kept me alive, since I struggle with my mental health and generally feel unloved. And Yoongi's album D-Day has become something so special to me, because he helps me forget my traumatic past. But in all, these 7 men are the reason I am here today, and I am forever grateful. I love you BTS. Saranghae, Borahae, I purple you
Thank you for sharing your story 🙏🥰 I thought that Dynamite had swears as well at first 😂 - Cass
Thanks. BTS forever for me since 2014. They started as hip hop group with 3 fantastic rappers who were in underground rap scene and 4 vocalists. Their discography is extensive and full of masterpieces. Their live performances are magical. They are goofy, fun, modest, kind and non macho. They indeed paved the way. Without them kpop wouldn't be where they are now esp world wide. They built their company Hybe and now it is the best for idol treatment esp female idols. Hope you watch their other works too. Yet to come is sweet but its their goodbye Army song.
Now they are all in the military. Recently RM, Jimin, V and Jungkooj graduated from their 5 week basic training. RM and V graduated in top 10. Jimin even graduated first and got commendation from the division commander with a year early promotion and leave days. He also did oath on behalf of trainees in his camp.
BTW pls if you have time check out their solo works after they took hiatus for some time and military enlistment. They will be back in 2025. Their solo works are equally great and achieved lots of records.
Thank you for sharing your deep appreciation for BTS. As BTS prepares to return in 2025, we eagerly anticipate the new chapter in their journey and look forward to witnessing more of their incredible music and performances. 💜💜💜 - Moon -
I see the behind-the-scenes conversation went in the wife's favor. "Male Group, Female Group, Male Group..." Looks like it went female group, male group, male group, male group, male group.... Hahahahahah
Omg your comment made me laugh so hard 😂 Busted 😂😂 - Cass
I was a fan of k-dramas way before getting into k-pop. But when is BTS saw on the American Music Awards performing "DNA", I fell hard for them. Although I do listen to and love many other k-pop groups, BTS is still my Ult group and Jimin is still my Ult bias. ApoBangpo!!! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Another person who got into BTS after a live performance, you guys are so many 😂
I think Blood Sweat and Tears and On (Kinetic Manifesto) solidified my place in ARMY.
Thank you for sharing your love for BTS 💜
You guys are so cute!! I can't wait to see you guys do more BTS reviews. I got sucked down the rabbit hole with Dynamite but really fell straight down after watching J-Hope's Chicken Noodle Soup MV. That sunshine smile and insane dance flow (I am a former dancer myself) intrigued me and down I went. They say BTS finds you when you need them the most and that was very true for me. My dad and uncle both died that that year of horrible diseases and BTS gave me comfort and lifted me up when I needed it. Will love them forever for that. Also, Jimin was supposedly a very good student in school. I guess these guys are just super human! 💜
Thank you so much 🙏 And I'm so sorry for your loss, it must have been a really hard time for you, but I understand perfectly how BTS made you feel better, Kpop saved me as well from a huge depression 🥰

Agree this is a great concept. I’m only familiar with BTS and Stray Kids, but would love to see first and latest on other groups.
As to what group got me into K-Pop, it was BTS. During the pandemic Jimmy Fallon had a week long appearance from them, and after seeing it on my feed I was like “what is it with these guys”. Watched their version of Idol for Jimmy’s show and was mesmerized. They gave me an appreciation for rap - I am more of a disco, new wave and rock and roll fan but love K-Pop rap.
Thank you, we will definitely do this concept again 🙏🥰 I understand the "What's all the fuss about" thing, I felt exactly the same before falling into it 😂

It's heartwarming to hear how BTS's music positively impacted your life during challenging times. Borahae! 💜 - Moon -
So much enjoyed watching and listening to *you enjoying* the video(s) Keep up the great uploads please!!
Thank you so much 🙏🥰
감사합니다 =) Thank you very much!!!
So i had watched SBS Pop Asia here in Australia for a few years a long time ago but I really started properly with BTS after watching them at the 2017 AMA's where I instantly fell in love with their music and energy. I am now 70 and can say without a shadow of a doubt they make me try to be a better person and they have given me back my love for music which was rapidly fading with some of the western music being pushed onto us thru the tv and radio. They worked so hard to get where they are and tell your lovely funny husband they ALL studied in school and they all have masters degrees and Jin was studying for his bachelors degree (not sure if he finished it yet). Also Jimin was a very good student and was class president for around 8 years. Most of all they are some of the funniest most humble and hardworking people i have ever seen. (Also I had trouble working out who was who to begin with rofl)
Thank you for sharing your beautiful story 🙏🥰 A lot of people actually told us that they were all very studious which we didn't know haha 😂 - Cass
I'm an ancient army... 60+ years... and I was aware of BTS in 2013 because my daughters were in middle school then but I came into the Fandom with "Spring Day" in 2017 (You Never Walk Alone). My bias has always been Tae and I used to get so upset when he would be criticized for being "weird" and "4D". I felt like my nephew was getting bullied. And now, I think it's the greatest thing that he is jaw-dropping gorgeous and such a gifted and thoughtful creator. I mean, he wrote a song to his inner child... right? That lovely man has done the work. He grew up well, indeed.
Thank you for sharing your journey as an ARMY and your perspective on BTS, especially Taehyung (V). As fans, it's incredible to see our favorite artists grow and evolve both personally and professionally. 💜💜💜 - Moon -
You two are adorable, and I love your reaction!
Jimin is dancer , martial artists and he really worked hard for that body for that specific shot.
Jimin's passion and hard work are genuinely inspiring. Looking forward to more good things ahead. Thank you for sharing! 🙏💜- Moon -
@@CassMoon412 Mee too excited for more reaction on BTS,txt, enhypen, seventeen
1st experience was Ateez. But discovered Shinee last year. It would be great of you look at Shinee
We will definitely react to SHINee very soon 🥰
Another vote for Shinee 🎉
Omg....you guys are just so wholesome! Thank you for giving some time to our beloved BTS. New subscriber and looking forward to more😊

Loved this reaction! 💜💜💜
Thank you so much!!! 💜💜💜 - Moon -
I got introduced to BTS back in 2018 with Blood, Sweat & Tears 💜
I'm 41 and found they guys 5 years ago after my father passed away. They can when I need them most and have stayed and helped me through so many bad things and celebrated with me the good time. My First kpop song was Gundam style but first song that sent me into a kpop love fest was Save me from BTS. Song was heaven to my ears the production and singing where epic And the music video made me fall back in love with dance and music as a whole.
I am sorry for your loss. And it is really good that BTS music supports you a lot. I hope we have a long good time with them 💜 - Moon -
Stray Kids, 2022 (waaay late!) My daughter showed me Maniac and I fell in love. I like your new format for checking out the beginning and now. Very creative. :)
Thank you so much 🙏🥰 The Skz rabbit hole is very deep indeed 😂
RM is later changed from rap monster to real me. Either way he is my bias so just wanted to brag about him but it will not end with few words . I want more bts reactions from you guys 💜
Haha yeah some other people told me, I didn't know that 😋
Tae is very handsome man in the world... My forever Bais
I found BTS in June 2015 with the MV "Dope". I've been ARMY ever since! I didn't know KPOP before this. Through the last 11 years I have listened to many Korean groups and soloists and enjoy some of their songs, but I am ARMY through and through. I have also been a Blackrose (fan of The Rose) since 2017. I hope you watch more BTS songs! Please. I subscribed and look forward to watching your channel...I'm going to binge watch your videos now.
I understand, Dope is a pretty cool song 🔥 Thank you for your support 🙏🥰 - Cass
Amazing! You’re both fun to watch! Thanks!

Thank you so much for your kind words!
the cutest thing i see on CZcams today.. u guys r cute 💜💜💜💜💜 your husband was so nice all the time & you're so patience in educating him
Thank you so much, that's so sweet 🙏 Everyone has to learn at some point, so it's easy to be patient when you're teaching someone about something that you love 🥰
I did my best to learn hahahaha🤣😂
Both of you are so adorable!!!! ❤❤❤ My intro to Kpop was Big Bang the song was Fantastic Baby
Thank you 🙏🥰 I love this song, it makes me dance everywhere like nobody's watching 😂
빅뱅!!!👍
My first experience with K-pop was BTS performing DNA on the American Music Awards in 2017. Been hooked on them since then. Love your reactions, cutest couple ever!
Thank you so much 🙏🥰 They have their way to keep us hooked haha 😂
The end always makes me cry like a baby❤
It's touching how music can evoke such strong emotions! - Moon -
My first introduction to k-pop was Girls Generation-I got a boy. Blackpink Dudududu was my my next, after that it was all over. My favorites are Blackpink, Stray Kids, BTS, and (G)Idle. I’m discovering more everyday. Love you guys and your reactions!
Thank you so much 🙏🥰 Discovering more everyday is just so basic when you're a Kpop fan 😂
I discover kpop in 2018 with bts IDOL and start from that my live is full with BTS
We need more of you too especially him reacting to Taehyung’s layover or even him in any events
Thank you for your suggestion! We will do more BTS reactions in the future! 💜- Moon -
@@CassMoon412 looking forward to it
i have to say that i'm not army but BTS has some amazing music. there is no doubt about it. yet to come was such an emotional music video with all the old references and it's probably my favorite music video concept that they have ever had.
Yeah that was pretty cool 🔥
I'm gonna say at every time, but you guys are so freaking cute. That should be on our t shirt❤ So freaking cute❤
Your support keeps us motivated to create more content. "So freaking cute" on a t-shirt sounds adorable! Thank you for spreading positivity and love! ❤️😊 - Moon -
I am so glad I found you guys. I enjoy you. So cute and authentic
Oh!! Thank you sooooo much 😊😊😊 - Moon -
Loving your reaction. I only found BTS in November 2023. I have in 3 months watched so many videos, at least 150 and so many reactions and documentaries - this is the advantage of being older and retired with lots of time on my hands ...lol. I am definitely hooked.
Oh! You are quite a new Army. Welcome 💜💜💜 - Moon -
I found BTS because of V in Itaewon Class by Park Seo Joon.. 1 of the OST was sung by Taehyung titled "Sweet Night" that is why he was my ultimate bias 💜💜💜 he also sang "Christmas Tree", OST of the kdrama Our Beloved Summer by Choi Woo Shik and Kim Dami..
V also starred in the kdrama "Hwarang" with Park Seo Joon and Park Hyung Sik and also sang 1 of the OST titled "Even If I Die, It's You" with Kim Seokjin 💜💜💜
Taehyung is also the maknae member of the friend group called "Wooga Squad" .. members names are:
Park Seo Joon
Peakboy
Park Hyung Sik
Choi Woo Shik
V

Thank you for sharing 😊 - Cass
I'm sooo glad I found your channel, your reactions are so wholesome and funny. Great job you two 💜
Thank you so much 🙏🥰 - Cass
Yeay! Looking forward to your next videos!
Thank you so much :) - Moon -
Aw, very sweet 😊
I got into BTS via their Carpool Karaoke. I actually watched a lot of interviews and funny fan compilations before I listened to much music, but the first song I really liked was Blood Sweat and Tears. My favorite music is usually acoustic, and while I've gotten used to more electronic production and sometimes listen to kpop all day, my interest in kpop is still more heavily on the personalities, variety shows, and dancing! BTS delivers on all fronts, though my "ultimate" group now is Tempest. If I only concentrate on the music I'd have to say my favorite is TXT--specifically when they bring out that pop punk sound (very nostalgic to me).
Thank you and thanks for sharing all your favorite things about Kpop 🙏🥰
I'm an American Black woman, 54 years old and I discovered BTS in 2017 with Mic Drop. They are absolutely amazing and I don't think I would have survived the last 6 years without listening to their music and watching them grow. Watching their videos, staying up all night to see their comebacks, going to their concert, learning Korean, bingeing "In in the Soop' and "Bon Voyage", jumping on their vlive streams, watching people discover them for the first time, voting for their awards, watching all the skits and award show performances, and sharing everything with my sister has just been one of the greatest highlights in my life! I've never cared about and wanted to support celebrities before, but BTS feels like family, so it is different. I have no idea how or why they appealed to me so much, but I am forever ARMY. 💜
Thank you for sharing 🥰 - Cass
Love this first and last concept! You two are charming and your unique perspective gives real insight ❤
Thank you so much for your support 🙏🥰 - Cass
The very first song I ever heard was "Let's Party" by Kim Hyung Joong. My son then got into BTS, and I got sucked in by SKZ.
I am not at all familiar with this artist, I'll check it out 👌 It's always fun to see parents who get into Kpop through their kids, it must be something so cool to share with them 🥰
Would have loved to know what Moon's thoughts were on the lyrical content of No More Dream as it was a criticism on the pressures placed on young people in Korea and a challenge for them to follow their own dreams - something they were criticized for at the time as being outdated. But I'm sure their styling & the video itself was distracting. No More Dream was actually pretty successful when they debuted and they were known as the 'monster rookies' winning 5 rookie awards including 1 in China. So yes, they were slower to rise to fame compared to groups from the Big 3 companies, but any interview you watch from 2013 they're always asked about what they think about their sudden popularity after debuting.
Oh that's nice to know, thank your for the info 🙏 As for the lyrics, unfortunately the subtitles were not working very well on No More Dream, which is why Moon couldn't really understand what they were saying. But don't worry as any normal Korean he agrees with the fact that the school pressure in Korea is horrible 😂
@@CassMoon412Doolset bangtan lyrics is a great resource both of you can benefit from because it includes notes explaining cultural context, references to other songs, possible “hidden” and/or additional meanings, etc along with the original Korean lyrics and careful translation. It has made me appreciate BTS artistry a whole lot more.
I've known about BTS for a while and appreciated them but Stray Kids-God's Menu was my gateway - but now my fav are Ateez &!Seventeen .... V from BTS takes my breath away he's so beautiful
Oh! My wife love Ateez, Stray kids, BTS hahaha. And yes. V is so handsome!! - Moon -
I first listened to KPop in 2006. Fly to the Sky, SG Wannabe, Wheesung. Lena Park, and Big Mama were my gateway. I've since come to like some of the veteran singers like Lee Moon Jae, Lee Sora, Lee Sun Hee, Noh Sayeon, Ailee, Baek Ji Young and others.
I don't know any names that you mentioned 😂
wow! I know All of them and I like!!!
@@MoonNCass Do you remember Big Mama's debut MV? I loved the concept that their agency prioritized their talent over their looks. They're respected professors at music colleges. Their Killing Voice video is sooo good! If you wanted a slightly different approach to reaction videos, Fantastic Duo and Immortal Songs 2 Living the Legend would be worth looking into. Two of Korea's most respected MCs presenting some jaw-droppingly amazing performances.
I’m from the U.S. and I started getting into kpop after hearing dynamite by BTS on the radio. Their sound was different from what I used to listen to but when I heard jimin’s voice I was shook. I ended up watching the music video for dynamite and have been hooked ever since. I think that day I watched almost all of their music videos 😂 I love the choreography and the music video production of kpop groups. It is completely different from the music videos that you would see in the U.S. I think it is extremely talented to be able to dance the choreography that they have and still be able to sing amazingly, on top of that. Plus being able to dance in sync with one another is just wow! 👏 I’m also a huge fan of stray kids! Felix’s voice shook me too 😁 I like a lot of different kpop groups but I will always STAY an ARMY 😊 For your next video reaction, I think you should react to BTS’ Black Swan or Blood Sweat & Tears. Or Stray Kids’ Thunderous or LALALALA
Thank you for sharing your Kpop journey and for your recommendations 🥰 - Cass
This video was so enjoyable. Watching Moon discover AND appreciate BTS reminded me of my reaction when I first discovered them. Now I actually feel as though they are family! I am so proud of their growth into adulthood, evolution, talent and devotion to their fans. I’ve only seen two of your videos so far and have subscribed! I find you to be an adorable couple and am looking forward to learning more about you. Thank you for a fun and authentic video!😊
Thank you for sharing, I feel the same about them, like they are my brothers or something 😂 And thank you for your support, it means a lot 🙏🥰 - Cass
BTS in 2017 - just them. Never knew Kpop before them.
I am obsessed with the dynamic between you too! Perfect for each other.
For your next boy group, could you think about doing TXT?
Thank you so much 🙏🥰 We will definitely react to TXT in the future 👌
just came across your channel, you guys are so wholesome 😭 you nice, keep going! 💜
Thank you so much, that's so sweet 🙏🥰 - Cass
I'm 43 and I'm a fan from Poland. I found BTS on CZcams by accident. I was struggling with depresion but boys bring me bright and take me from dark place. It was 4 years ago. Love their music, personalities and all activities. Apobangpo!
Thank you for sharing your story, I have a quite similar experience 🙏🥰 - Cass
Thank you so much! BTS is love 💜💜 - Moon -
My first K-pop experience was when I was 11/12 years old around 2001-2002 (I am Canadian) and I had discovered BoA for the first time because she was super young and I was impressed by her vocals at that time for such a young age. I became a very big fan of hers and then started to discover Big Bang and then ultimately Epik High. Epik High is still one of my favourites now, but BTS is my number 1 over everything. They just make me feel something others don't.
Oh wow! BoA, Big Bang, Epik High! I listened to their songs often, too. welcome 💜💜💜 - Moon -
Yall are growing so fast it’s not even funny! Congrats on 1k!!!!
I know right? I have no idea what's happening 😂 Thank you very much 🙏🥰

46 year old American army here... BTS was first for me, but since then I've fallen a little bit in love with Korean food and music and language and culture 😁 I study Korean for fun and make kimchi 😂
I like quite a lot of artists now, but BTS are still my home. If I have a bias it's Suga, but I honestly love all of them. They're such good people. And for me, finding men who can love each other and hug and cry... It was so important. American men really aren't supposed to be openly affectionate or emotional. It's one of the reasons I was drawn to BTS & then to other aspects of Korean culture.
You two are lovely and charming! Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. 💜
Thank you for sharing your thoughts as well, it's quite a beautiful way of seeing things 💜 And thanks for your support 🙏🥰 - Cass
OMG!! You make Kimchi!!!! You are already half Korean hahaha - Moon -
@@CassMoon412 I just came back to this video randomly and then saw this comment and it made me smile. Let me try to say this in Korean (please forgive the errors, I'm learning slowly):
저는 매일 한국 음식을 요리해요 😅 여기서 깻잎을 살 수 없어서 키워요.
I eat so much kimchi that when I went for a two-week trip I brought a jar of my own with me because I like it more than what I can get at the grocery store and I couldn't go without for two weeks 🤣
