Small Request. Pl try to put trading psychology video. Because every lesson you teach is so much different from other. That's why I asking. Pl try to do like this. Sir
I'm in stock market from 2018 and mainly in investment. Last two months learning about Derivative market and did small trades. Mostly in loss like any beginner. Two days back accidently noticed Finvezto Posts and listening one by one.Most of the posts are finished. What is the basic difference between call buy and put sell? Both are profitable for up movements. Which one is better?
It depends on your market view. If you are extremely bullish then you can choose to buy a call. If you are neutral to moderately bullish you can choose to sell puts. But there is more to it. We will discuss later.

If you had bought the option, you can simply sell it to exit the position. If you had sold an option, you can simply buy it back to exit the position. Similar to Stock buying and selling. Just that we have to do it before the expiry.

Bro I have this doubt if I sell 10000 value option with my margin of 1 Lak and it reaches on expiry date 99500 what will happen after Thursday it will 0 or I got loss ???
If you sell a Call or Put option and if the premium increases, then your position will be at a loss. As the loss increases, you will need to bring in more margin amount or else the broker will cut your position.

1660 put sell panren.. suppose, 1500 varaikum, market poitu again bullish eduthu 1700 pochina enna agum
Put Sell = Bullish. First your position will be at a loss. You need to bring appropriate margin to maintain the position. But, you should put a stop loss and cut the position ideally. If you bring margin and hold and if it moves to 1700 before expiry then the PUT option will not have any value. You will capture all the premium.

If it goes above or below those levels, then the loss will increase. But there are ways to manage a strangle. We will discuss those in a separate video.
