This is the prequel novella to the Clairvoir Castle Romances series, and can be enjoyed as a standalone, but will be most satisfying to those who have met the duke and duchess before.

I'll definitely keep this playlist in my saved items to listen to again, starting with this book and then go back to the beginning. I am so thankful for this prequel of the duke and dutchess' story that gives so much greater depth to the other volumes where there presence is less focused but their impact still so great.

I’ve just finished A Duchess for the Duke. I have enjoyed it very much. I remembered the ugly chairs from the library in one of the other Cleaver stories. I think it’s time to reread the rest of the stories to keep the continuity going. The other store is will have more meaning I think now that I know the beginning of the new castle and it’s inhabitants. Thank you once more for such a lovely storied afternoon.
Ok I was not expecting to love this story so much!! I usually don't enjoy novellas as the shorter length doesn't allow me to care about the characters as much as a full length novel or the romance feels rushed. This one really surprised me. I liked and cared for the characters really early on, and their love story made my heart flutter all throughout. The last chapter was so adorable and made me melt!! I think I'll be listening to this one again. Thanks so much for writing this ❤ as with all of your Castle Clairvoir stories, I love the low angst. It allows me to fully enjoy the story without feeling stressed or anxious. There's plenty of that in my real life already 😅 so it's so wonderful to escape to this world ❤❤❤❤❤

I have enjoyed listening again and again as I have each of your Inglewood series. I am so very much looking forward to the next ones in this series. Crushing on the duke? Absolutely! Why for me? He knows his love for her early and declares it first. A rush for a women’s heart is to know that he loves her completely and assuredly.
He is such an adorable man. I loved writing him as a parent, so going "back in time" to include those uncertain first years of being a duke and being married was SO much fun for me.

📕👍😍 I thoroughly enjoyed this prequel Novela to a series. If you haven’t read any of this authors books, they are thoroughly enjoyable day, or in general historical Regency. And very well done I moved by her, and this particular one, the cultivating of the emotions gradually brought to the point of expression in the way that we expect between two people the dialogue is very well done the descriptions of the time in terms of. Understanding the ton the responsibilities and priorities of the elite aristocracy. Yes, they were expectations. That were the standard and different for each level of this is very thoroughly expressed here. Enjoyed it. Look forward to listening to other of Sally’s work and I hope you enjoy it as well.
