  • Pull Day - Back & Biceps..Athlete style! AKA posterior day if you follow my ignition program.
    This was a really fun one for me, and as I mentioned in my recent LIVE Q&A I’ve changed my split a little bit for the summer block, so really enjoying the training process again.
    The back and biceps took a bit of punishment on this workout - I’ll be increasing volume on the main lifts next week.
