I used to love Cedar Point!! 1999 was probably the last time I was there tho.
I moved, started college, moved back, switched college, had more kids; you know, life happened.
I really wanted to go when they put in The Millennium Force in 2000!! At that time it was both the tallest & fastest roller coaster in the world!!
Turns out that the new tallest coaster is Kingda Ka at Six Flags Great Adventure, which is really weird because I use to go there all the time as a teenager! But the fastest roller coaster is The Formula Rossa in The United Arab Emirates, which I can pretty much GUARANTEE I won't be traveling to any time soon 😂😂😂

You had a lot of great sales.. goes to show that listing binges really does work. I have to figure out how do list and price the shipping without actually packing it up first. My stuff takes up so much room because of boxes that they're packed in. I gotta prove to sell on What Not and I'm trying to decide what to start with.I'm looking forward to yard sale season and I need to make some room just like you.

Dave my main chore from the age of seven or so was to chop wood. Your kids will be fine as long as you have taught them to respect dangerous items. Also it could not be worse than my dad he had a firewood connection who would give us free wood if we went out and helped him get ours and other peoples. They would have me in the back of a ton truck and several people would be tossing sticks of wood at me to Rick up.
Making sure they wear eye protection is important. While clearing brush I cut my eye in a stick. Decades earlier, a piece of wood from a stick that broke narrowly missed my eye.
Set the huge $ sign in a bathroom and let the steam work on it when you shower , in a few days, lay it flat and put some heavy items in each end to straighten it out. It has worked foe me with a similar item made of wood.
Also wood will warp if you leave it sitting in the sun. I discovered that with a foosball table. When you bring it in out of the sun for a day it should go back to normal shape.
Do you ever think that you are putting too much effort into Whatnot by spending all the time finding, selling and shipping low dollar items? You quit dealing with low price items on ebay but went all out on whatnot. I know you enjoy the fast sell and interaction, but would you earn more and things be less hectic if you just concentrated on ebay and higher dollar items?

That's what I do now. I used to sell cheap items. Then I started focusing on more expensive items and it works better. Rather have 1 huge sale instead of 10 small ones.
Itball depends on how much your sourcing. If you are constantly getting a ton of item, cheap, then its best to move the low priced items on whatnot. The effort it takes to make a listing on a low value item, cuts into your profits. Higher priced, fast-moving items should be posted on ebay. You just need to create a system to nake it work.

@ADHDave I would love to see how you package the DVD, cd, and other bulky electronics. Well, just make a video of when you pack orders from a day of selling. That would be worth watching.

Make lots of GIJoes. I always forget to lot items. If they go for $6 each, then just sell 5 for 30, and youd be surpried how well lots do. I know I am.
Not listing a $13 figure is silly, you've already put in the work and figures only take seconds to ship.
If you get a Osmo pocket camera, your videos wont be as shakey and dizzying.

I have a huge pile of unlisted items.
To flatten that pic you mom bougt you, turn it so that the curve is like an upside down "U" and place heavy items on the center.Start with moderate weight and as it flattens add weight until flat.
eBay does not work properly. Promoted listings is a scam and money grab. 🙄

I do not understand how you keep saying you want to be a better reseller, because you continuously do things that leave so much profit not recognized.
I have commented before that your last minute Whatnot’s auctions are not worth your energy and effort. Look how Kevin does his, he actually schedules his weeks out so makes close to what items are worth. Also a store like yours should always have around 1800-2200 items listed at most times especially when you have the inventory that you have.
I have seen other things that you do in which I have mentioned before but you do not really want to make the most of your reselling store because you refuse to do the things that will make you more money. I even heard Kevin mention some of these things on his channel. I hope you are not too stubborn, so you can make the profits that you actually could.
I don't understand the logic of he should have 1800+ items listed. Why? That to me means things are not selling. You shouldn't have to have a store overloaded with crap that isn't turning over.
@@raewyn7618why would that mean that things aren’t selling? If he sells 20 of those items daily and lists 20 new items daily the overall number stays the same but he’s still selling.

@@raewyn7618look at Tech N Sports. While it would be nice to sell everything you list within 24 hours, that’s not likely to happen. You might sell 1-2% of your inventory per day if you’re lucky. If you’re in it for the long game, a store with more inventory will sell more. It’s just numbers. Your store should have a mix of slow-selling and fast-selling items. Slow-selling items may have a narrower target market but can still offer high profit.
