Great review Ryan! Extremely thorough with your details. Makes it very helpful for researching products. Just found your channel (New Sub'r) I am new to searching for senior assistance, as my mother who lives alone, is now requiring additional help. Wondering if you can point me to one of your videos , or a product, that keeps all of ones Personal Health Records on hand? My thoughts are, if my mother fell, and a mobile alert was triggered, having those PHR's right there for an EMT or medical team..... Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks again for your content and what you provide!

How does it work when someone presses their button and does not respond to the operator? Would the operator automatically send help?
