  • Ryan Molloy, Managing Editor of TheSeniorList.com, tests out the latest smartwatch from Medical Guardian, the MGMove. While this device does lack automatic fall detection, its low costs and ultra-fast response times make it one of the best medical alert watches we've tested.

Only 20 hours of battery life is quite a deal-breaker to me. I don't see my grandparents getting used to charging their watches on a daily basis.

To get help, I don't like having to hold the button for five seconds. That should be an single button push.

HI thank you for your review. My mother in law is blind but she wants a medical alert system in a watch style. She lives in NY and we or down south . She is prone to falls we recently found out. My question to you is out of all the medical watches you reviewed, which one would be the easiest for her to use? She would need one that has a big SOS button that she can push, without pushing the wrong button to turn it off by accident . She would need one that the volume is loud enough so she can hear it ( sometimes we have to speak a little loud so she can hear us. We want something that she can wear in the shower or bath. We would like something that has a GPS tracking Device. Something affordable, she's on a fixed income. We would also like to be notified if she uses it. Maybe you can review the different Medical Alert systems and you be blindfolded to see if you can use it. Which one is the best blind friendly one to try? I would love to see that here. Thank you in advance
    Ms. Sophia J

For the beginning of March 2024 only, you can get this at 50% off. Just order mine today with all features. Total was $163 with a requiring monthly fee of $34 I believe. So it's was 50% off and they have never done this before. Get one now if not for yourself for a loved one. No I don't work for that company. I'm disabled and don't work anymore, period. I'm just trying to share this information as I wanted to see reviews. Hope it helps.
