Hello Everyone! Today I am back from a small CZcams break, and will be showing you guys my experience flat hunting in London and going to apartment viewings. For anyone who is interested in London apartment tours or want to get a gist of what London flat prices look like, hope you enjoy this video! I'm not sure if you are familiar with UCAS but if you are, I'd really appreciate the help! What should I put in my UCAS term residency section if I don't have a living place secured? Is it expected that we go through with accommodations before knowing whether or not the university has accepted us? UCAS Applications are due November 2022 but my term would not start until September 2023 *I am an international applicant! Thanks for the helpful content!

Hi! I am moving to London early next year and looking for nice apartments and family friendly areas. Can you share where this apartment 4 was? As in what area?
So I pay the equivalent of GBP 1,600 for a two bedroom flat in Hong Kong, shared with my other half. Great you might be thinking, it’s cheaper! Well that only gets you 40 square meters and is a hour away from the central business district where my office is. If I wanted the same space closer to work then I would easily have to spend double that! Property here is nuts but at least the tax is low 😂
Flat number 2 is nice and that's great you and your roommates moved into a comfortable flat.
Hello Joo! I have a question, how long does it normally take to move in to a flat? I mean, if I have seen a flat that is available inmediatly and I want to move as soon as possible how long does it normally take? How much do I have to wait for my Request to be accepted?

once the offer is put in for a flat, the turnaround is quite quick! I'd say 1-2 weeks for all the paperwork and check to be completed, and once that's done you can move in.
Why is no one talking about how crazy expensive these houses are ?!
This is standard prices in London :( Maybe even on the cheaper side tbh....

Hi, are utilities included? If not, how much are them? How much is safety deposit? I'm Italian ... sorry for my English!
Utilities were not included for the flats I viewed, but many places in London include utilities! For me its probably around £60 per month (water, gas, electricity, wifi). Safety deposits are usually one month of rent or a bit more

You can use the website spareroom to find potential flatmates you would like to live with! The website allows you to choose gender, pet preferences, age, and more. There are also Facebook groups you can join to find flatmates in London which are useful for when people move here without knowing anyone prior

I don't think you'd be able to buy a property if you are 13, you have to be over 18 to own a house. Similarly, if you want to rent you might need parental support or guidance in order to move to the UK
