My scent of the day today is actually Givenchy Gentleman Boisee. New to my collection and I am absolutely loving it 😍

Got this recently, it's a nicer Dior Homme Intense paired with the warm spice of D&G The One.
Boisee is the best in the line imo
I bought it recently and it gave me a headache when I woke up the next day.
I think it's because it's a parfum and I'm not used to smells that have a high concentration of ingredients. If it keeps giving my issues, I'll just have to sell it which sucks because it smells great.

Would love a work/office scent video for fragrances that aren’t necessarily playing it safe, but aren’t going to get you sent to HR either. This one sounds like exactly what I’m talking about
Great review of this latest flanker! I’m actually a big fan of it, though I recognize it’s very “safe” and crowd pleasing. One quick note - the Absolute version is not a part of this fragrance line, but instead belongs to the “Gentleman Only” line. But thanks for referencing it - I didn’t realize it was a similar take as Spicebomb.
i love a good floral fragrance and this one is great you get the iris but its not like makeup its strong masculine and has great performance im not usually much of a fan of modern perfumery but this is good

I don't like Prata Lhomme at all, I know I'm in the minority big time . Especially for the price, There is so much more that you can do with $60
had a sample of this and it really grows on me! somehow similar to my beloved d&g the one and also to givenchy play intense, which is my all time favorite that unfortunately got discontinued. still sad about the last one
Now that I have smelled it I think the cardamon vibes really remind me of LNDL Bleu Electrique (i.e. the hype monster) more than anything. Iris is not super dominant on my skin. Not like Prada L'Homme, Dior Homme 2011, Gentleman 2017, nope. To my nose it's cardamon sweetness, green cypress and a hint of spiciness with the rest playing supporting roles.
This is not quite a super safe scent for office. Definitely playful and fun yet mature enough if you don't aim for serious boss "don't mess around with me" vibe. This would be perfect for late afternoon scent ready for transitioning into dinner with your date.

@@blackknightdl Considering Bleu Electrique became practically next to impossible to buy I'd say Givenchy EDT intense.
But even without the discontinuation Givenchy is the scent I wear much more often and Bleu Electrique just because I enjoy it more.
Thanks so much for this! I've been wearing Givenchy Play Intense for many years and it's become my signature scent that suits me best. Unfortunately, it's discontinued, wahhh! Do you have any suggestions on anything that's similar?! Mandarin, bergamot, coffee, musk, but not too spicy... Do you think I'd like Gentleman Intense?!
Nice Review! I have a large collection but don’t have Gentleman Intense, I have the EDP, EDT and Boisee. Those definitely do the job, the EDT is what I bought first and brought me to the line. It really blew me away when I actually wore it out for the first time.

The box says that they reduced the amount of glass for environmental reasons. A 16% reduction, if I remember correctly.
great video, man !! I love givenchy gentleman fragrances, they are very well created. It is appreciated that they have removed glass and weight from the bottle, once he dropped me in the bathroom and cost me a sink .. he destroyed it. 😅😅😅
I like the newer bottles they sit nicely in the hand, it's not only too cut costs it's mainly for the environment.
Do you think they would decrease the bottle size if it would cost them more money? There you go, its primarily to cut costs but also "saves the environment"
@J M yeah that's why I said not only to cut costs, but they publicly said it was for the environment which is why more and more companies are not providing refills.

Can work in the office. But I disagree that it is perfect for that or playing it safe. It is quite sweet and spicy and could easily be overdone. My 2 cents.
But it is a gorgeous fragrance.

Givenchy gentleman intense or bleu électrique as date night scent
I have the new Gentleman Boise EDP and love it to bits and I just got a generous sample of this EDT Intense. It smells very similar to Loewe Man EDP and like a dusty version of Dior Homme. Not bad but I definitely like Boise better than this.
how about Gentleman Only?
@@VS-yk3gu I have Gentleman Only and Only Intense as well and it's a great fragrance and I have back up bottles of it. It has hints of the EDT but it's lighter and in its own league.

For me the only one I like is the EDT and it's weak. Never smelled the cologne but i have every one of them. All disappointments imo
