I absolutely love the entire Gentleman line. The Cologne and Boisee are my 2 favorites, but I own and love them all. I have gone through each one twice already, well, except for this newest one. I'm on my 3rd bottle of Gentleman Cologne.

gentleman cologne is it good at your skin and cloth? I mean the longevity and projection..
@@amierulrusmadi5544 Better longevity on clothes. But smells better on skin. So I generally spray my clothes and skin to get the best of both worlds.

@@amierulrusmadi5544 Subjective, but I'd say, around moderate. You're the main one who will be smelling it. And whoever you come into contact within 5 feet. For the first 2 hours. Afterwards, just whoever hugs you. But normally about 5 hours is what I get.
Tested two times on my skin/clothes and paper and i'm actually like it a lot!
Similar to DHI, VUI, but for me this one is greener, herbal, fresher(a little bit minty) and less sweet, so much more wearable on warmer weather. I think i'm find my spring/summer signature(DHI for wintertime) bcuz i love iris. Love your vids!☺️
I got a sample of the new EDT Intense and it smells incredible. My favorite from the entire line is the 2020 release of the EDP Boisee. It smells incredible to my nose and doesn't get enough love or hype. I've smelled them all, I own two (the edp and edp boisee) and I really think I might add this new EDT intense to the collection when it hits discounters.

The Gentleman lineup is amazing! I’ve tried them all and own a bottle of Boisee, it’s a compliments Beast! Whenever I use it people will ask me what am I wearing. It’s my signature scent and I wear it for dates :)
I wish I would have seen your review on this fragrance before I bought it. You are absolutely right. Once this one dries, its nothing but D&G The One. I love the iris in here but it quickly disappears. To me this is an outdated scent that I dont have much of an interest in unfortunately. In 2024 this scent should cost no more than 30-35. Im a huge fan of the bottle design though. Atomizer is good as well.
Givenchy gentlemen only is actually a really nice scent, great for the high heat too, definitely something I keep in my collection, although I don't use it too much, it is really good.

This one really intrigues me. My favorites from the line are:

4. EDP
I know most people favor the EDP out of this line, but to me it's just too sweet and has a slight medicinal quality to it that I can't get into.
I have the EDP and it's one of my favorite
I like that we have an Iris fragrance here, that has more wood and spice than eg a Prada L’homme Intense. It is (for me) like Prada L’homme Intense went Antaeus while staying (barely) office wearable. Right up my alley.
I just got mine and sprayed it once on my arm. I get brisk winter/fall day vibes on it. Just waiting for the temperature to drop.

I had no idea that there was a new "Gentleman" on the market so thank you for the heads-up. The only Gentleman that I've smelled is Cologne and it just so happens to be my SOTD! But just based on that one bottle, I am definitely sold on this brand!

I find the cypress note to be far more prominent than the basil. It's a great fragrance. Very classy and elegant. 👍
Hey Steven.. My son has me hooked on trying new fragrances. I had never purchased anything of this cost before. I was an Old Spice guy :-).. Now I've got a few that I love such as Sauvage by Dior 3.4 oz and a few .5 oz such as Tom Ford's Beau De Jour and Dolce & Gabbana K which I really love. As you can see I lean towards the Wood/Patchouli. If you can.. tell me how bold is the cedar in this product. Thanks and I just sub'd your FB page.
Oh wow! Thank you so much! In my opinion, the cedar isn't too strong in this fragrance. I get the amber more than anything in the base. I hope this helps

The Givenchy Gentleman line is one of my favorite.
I own them all... And enjoy them all.
This release is no different. While I was expecting something a touch more nuanced... This is still a perfect complement to the original EDT and EDP.
The Cypress reminded me of the Cypress from fragrances like MK Extreme Speed and DG The One EDP Intense... Or maybe even a mix between those two. (The cypress that is..)
This flanker reminded me somewhat of what Armani did with the new Code EDP release. Similar to the original, some pieces of other flankers perhaps... But a touch more rounded,
refined and masculine. Something you could wear to a wedding or formal event and even the office.
The OG is definitely more casual and youthful, more sweet citruses.
The EDP is darker and more sweet resinous-y..
The Boisee is woodier, and a bit more relaxed then this and lacks the herbaceous qualities that edt intense has..
And the Cologne version is somewhat it’s own thing... I’d have to smell them side by side.. But I can’t recall any major crossover / similarities between the two.
I really like it... I wish they didn’t change the bottle... Assume the new bottle appears more modern looking??.. But I like the old school look... Part of the charm the line has...
