i just wanted to know, there are some other videos which say that we need to 'unscrew' them
basically meaning that we need to take some tweezers or forceps and literally unscrewing them by twisting them counter clockwise other wise the headpiece will remain in the skin

I just did this, but it didn't look like that. There was a raised area with a hole in it, and it looked a bit like a plantar's wart. An edge around it and space slight lower looking like a wound. I'm not sure what to make of that? Did I do it wrong? I put some antibiotic cream on it.
