I got turned onto Eddie Money in 1978…fast forward to 2023, I’m still a die hard fan! He was an amazing artist and showman…..saw him over 16 times in concert….he had it all….RIP Eddie

Met Eddie with my Daughter one time, he was down to earth and so cool. I still miss him and i have to watch his concerts on CZcams which is better than nothing. I have his music as well but where i am from he always opened the concert season every year. He is missed and i have exchanged messages with his wife and she is very nice. Eddie needs to be in the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame. He had 24 songs in the the hot 100 and put out so much great songs and i got great memories of his music.

Met the Money man many times since I became a fan in 1978. He was always very happy to meet his fans and was very kind. He's rockin' in Heaven right now.

@johnstrika9170 Yeah true, but set lists should leave you wanting more, and besides to hear the same songs being overplayed, and getting stale, repetitive and oversaturated, like songs on FM radio😆!! Some songs need to put the rest for awhile, to keep each concert fresher and more elusive 🤔!! RIP Eddie🙏😍
I was a sound engineer in Hawaii for most of the 90's. Eddie played the Sheraton Waikiki main ballroom in 1992. I got to set up his monitors. After the show I took a set list off the floor. In 2013 I took my Daughter to her first concert which was the Eddie Money in Fayetteville,Arkansas. She was 8. It was an awesome night. After the show Eddie signed the set list from 1992. Should have seen the look on his face when I told him where the set list came from. Sadly my Daughter and Eddie are in Heaven now. Both taken by the same disease. They were both diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. My Daughter had bone cancer and that is the worse of the worse. RIP

I saw Eddie twice. Back in the early 80s. He used to come to the Youngstown Agora. He was the man with no control. My other two brothers used to go see him later in his career. Up in Akron. My brother said one time he stepped right on his table. My brother Ed loved Eddie Money and so did I . A whole lot of us did. My brother's name is Edward Joseph Morell. And Eddie money's name is Edward Joseph Mahoney.. Pretty close except he was Irish Catholic and we were Italian Catholic . Rest in peace always love the money man.

My father played Eddie Money all of the time growing up and I never took to the music at all. Fast forward to me in my 40's, listening to him again, watching this. I finally realized - Eddie Money was amazing. Unique voice, great songs, hell of a nice guy. Consider me a convert to the Money Man. 🙂

This was my girlfriend, Kim Yates, and my favorite song in 1978. I loved that girl sooo much. I fact there's still room in my heart for her. I'm now 63, I'll never forget her. I love you, Kim. Maybe we'll meet again someday.

His good friend Greg Khin used to call him Eduardo dinero😅😊😂 which cracked me up. His early recordings in the early 70s were the bomb check them out especially with this one exceptional guitar player. Eddie can play the Sax and the harmonica..multi talent.. and you can just tell he was a joyful person. I still have a crush on him LOL

I moved to Los Angeles in the 85 and never heard of Money before. I was a huge fan of his music. Now 32 years later Im back in austrian vienna and when i have time and think about the great times I had in my youth I play Eddie F...g Money and I realize how amazing my life was and still is....now even in austria Eddie is known and loved.

Great to see this after all these yrs. I bought it on VHS about 20 yrs ago & it was always one of my most fav concerts. I also really enjoyed Eddie's acoustic concert from the mid 90's called "Unplug it In" which I believe is only on CD or streaming. Several of his hit songs like Two Tickets, Trinidad & Gimme Some Water are on it and, IMHO, they sound even better in acoustic.

It ticked me off that "Think I'm In Love" is not on this. Considering that this is his only concert dvd.
Was this from the same tour I saw on New Year's Eve 1991/1992 at the Celebrity Theatre in Anaheim? It had the fully rotating stage during the concert. And, of course, the site is long gone. Anaheim destroyed so many classic, wonderful buildings starting in the 1970s.

I enjoyed this more than the 1987 version. This had way more natural flow and groove. He changed the measure and the band fell right in place. Amazing musicians there
