Clarkson was absolutely right. Im a Pisces, i own a Alfa Romeo GTV6, and i have existential crises when something is wrong with it, but at the end of the day i remember that it's an Alfa Romeo.
The wife is a Pisces and owns a 156 Twin Spark with 110,000 miles on the clock. Cost us £2,500 five years ago and has broken down once in that time which cost £135 to fix. It's also driven through floods in Northumbria that caused an X5 and a Focus to call it a day and took 4 adults to Nice and back most of the way at 150 km/h. It's worth naff all so it's going into retirement while I do some work on it and it'll be back for weekend work next year. I know Top Gear is humour but, the advantage for me is a cheap car with far more character than countless others. Thanks Jezza

Alfa is hit and miss, but they have made a few long lasting cars contrary to popular belief
I had a 147 which never let me down after years of ownership. I now have a Giulietta and that has also been solid.
Next up is the Guilia.

@@jereheiskanen1364 Alfa's are made to be driven only in temperatures over 10°C :) Seriously. I own a 159 2.4jtdm from 2010 and whenever it gets below 7-8°C, the alfa starts to have some minor electric problems such as the ABS indicator light showing up on the dashboard :))

My mother had a 147 1,6 for 11 years, the only issues that appeared were that the AC malfunctioned at 10 years and was fixed for 50€, a loose handbrake that was fixed for free and a rusty exhaust pipe that was replaced. It looked brand new inside and out with practically no issues.
The only real problem was that it burned through lamps like crazy because it wasn't designed to have them on all the time.
Alfa 145 2.0 made in 2000, 251 000 Km, I used to drive it real fast (I got fined for 183 Km/h), never ever broke down, had to change only parts you normally change. Feels like a gocart compared with new cars with the same price tag. 2 airbags, the second cost extra :) (normal at the time I bought it) but I got it as a gift along with a lot of equipment.
Oh my... I'm a proper petrosexual.. I have had a Alfa 33 1.7 16v, a 155 Q5, a GTV V6 and a 1977 Alfa Romeo Spider. Blimey... how did I ever get anywhere :D LOL

@@darianistead2239 alfas arent as unreliable as they used to be. my first car is an alfa 147 and the only problem i have is that it burns engine oil (twinspark engines do it but hey its the best sounding 4 cyclinder engine you can buy so i dont even mind). also the rear shocks had to be replaced due to rust but ive not had any actual problems with it. imo its the best hatchback you can get instead of polos, fiestas, ibizas, corsas whatever. absolutely beautiful design, beautiful leather seats and plenty of space inside it too (ive slept inside it with the rear seats folded down, i can lay down fully extended when diagonal and im 5ft8). mine is a 2005, the new alfas especially like the giulia are fantastic with no issues at all.

I have 166 2.4 JTD but now im looking for 166 3.0 V6. I like this car. I was driven BMW or Audi - it's not same feeling. There is allways something wrong with BMW's or Audi's.... They are boring for me.

Im on my 5th alfa. Could have bought the GT fully loaded. Went for the Brera instead. Such a magnificent vehicle
I love the looks of the Brera but I think a GT would be more practical for a daily driver. Easier to park, roomier and with cheaper maintenance. But it is a class below and more old school design than the Brera

dude i owned a giulia gt veloce for 15 years it NEVER broke down, a 45 year old car , best damn engineering on the planet. so i think these guys are on the take from bmw and mercedes

My mother had an Alfa Romeo 147 and an Alfa Romeo GT and they never broke down. Stupid stereotypes.
Every Alfa Romeo since the 156 has got decent reliability. Anyway you have to drive something like the Giulietta, the MiTo and definitely some of the older models like the 156, the GTV or a Spider even to know what they mean. They just feel better when it comes to driving.

My Morgan 4/4 has an Alfa Romeo Tipo 105 engine. And I'm not a Pisces.
I see, you should have pointed that out. Anyway i used to own an Alfa 156 and even after 90.000+ km it was great.
I used to have a 159 and it was good but then after 5 years the cylinder head gasket broke and destroyed the whole engine ........but I got it fixed then I sold for a Alfa Giulia

@YeeSoest every kind of vehicle malfunction is bad because you loose money and time. Plus i don't think that standing on the side of the road waiting for help and feeling embarrassed makes a good bonding experience.

they are star signs m8 i.e, Aquarius, Leo, Virgo, Pisces, Capricorn etc. Depending on what month you were born, Each sign is linked with a certain time of the year, I was born on the 24th of december which makes me a capricorn, I think you are a capricorn if your birthday is after 22nd of december till sometime in mid january, then its Aquarius till sometime time in February and so on (soz i hardly know any of them lol) i cant find anything with the dates on or else il tell you them
