At the very start of the animation she looks visibly frustrated and then kicks the ground before saying it, indicating that it's more to convince herself than anything. Jamie's 25% pose is the same way. Screams "Of course I'd win" and does a sick breakdance move, only to stand up panting as if he'd just run a marathon.
