Was this a bargain or a steal? 🤯
He got a steal
Is it because it’s color that they got this steal?
I think so
The bubble is bursting. This would have gone for $500k easily a few years ago
One of the fastest cars back in the day, 4.9 0-60 for the Camaro and Nova, like that’s absolutely absurd speed for ‘69
Somebody got a steal.
I thought that guy was going to fire it up and drive off
He stole that car. Wow.
Nice.
Thank You.
Bargain. Plus it's a manual.
Vast majority were 4-speeds...
Canada delivered US cars are insanely cheap send em to Australia
Does that have aluminum heads on 427?
No
I wonder if anyone had a specific vehicle from any make and just stored it brand new with basically no miles on it?
A $300K car...
Not my favorite color for sure...
These old folks paying their whole retirement on something that probably depreciates in value overtime...something everybody else has. They get old and are out of shape and fat but hey....they have nice stuff they worked their whole lives for :)
What would you do with the remaining days you have? Keep every penny counted and locked away?
It's a reality you will face one day, and I hope you can stick to your moral standards when the grim reaper is knocking at your door...
@@PhaQ2 I just think it's lame people work their whole lives just to have things. Working to get stuff lol....cars are cool but in the grand scheme of things they mean absolutely nothing.
We have no factual information whether someone spent their entire retirement or not, or how old they were, at least not in this video. Usually such cars go to collectors with extensive collections, and they keep appreciating in value.
@@pasthuman You're pretty much alone in that. The absolute majority of people on the planet find fulfillment in "working" and use the money earned to buy the things that will lessen the burden of everyday life.
Considering the default state of humanity is abject suffering, and free market capitalism has lifted more of every race and gender out of that abject poverty and human suffering than anything man has devised before. You thinking it's lame truly shows what a pampered and coddled life you've lead.
What is more lame? Starvation under communist/socialist/Marxist rule? Or being able to work, and buy a cool car?
Your priorities need to be rearranged, but adulthood should do that for you.
@Past Human What's your suggested alternative, oh learned one? I tried being independently wealthy, I couldn't quite get the hang of it.
