    I use Lye.
    Does the trick.
Make sure you put it in a stainless steel pot thats hot enough to be almost boiling for a few hours.

The fouling is in the disperser screen inside, and you can not get to it. Buy a new burn chamber, and do NOT use settings below #3.

Try using one of those plumbers gas canister blow torches to burn it off Bob. Personally I still think its down to the fuel delivery system. There is only one thing left (you have already tried a new controller & board) is to replace the fuel pump; you did demonstrate that it's erratic at times. Maybe its worn and fuel is squeezing past the metal seal. I think changing the controller again to one where you can adjust the settings, won't make any difference. Good luck, Jamie

forgot to mention i tried it this morning after stripping it down twice and got it to run for maybe 2 mins before it shut itself down and that was with the short exhaust and a new silent pump(not silent) which still leaves me to believe its the control/motherboard.not sure how much i used the other new control/motherboard as i only sent it back because it didnt have the setting that it should have had.i took some clips this morning but not sure what their like but i might stick them together and post them later on

In your last video you keep getting constant smoke , because the exhaust pipe is full of unburnt fuel . Clean out heater , fire it up and run it on full heat for 1 hour so you can burn off all that fuel in the exhaust pipe. But you still need to sort out what is causing the flame out . Because that is why you are having so much problems with the smoke . Try replacing the fuel pump , I get small air bubbles in my heater but nothing like what you are getting , it’s sucking in air somewhere try changing out that soft fuel line you have with that real hard fuel line you can get , it may be your fuel line that is cause your excessive air bubbles, because that fuel line will be pulsing with every click from your pump which will create air bubbles.
