"You`re a good friend, Arthur." accompanied with the following laughter is one of my favorite moments between the two.
It was an ad-libbed line by David, and they actually broke character when they laughed, but they decided to keep the scene in :)
That was a perfect ending scene for this vid and the show.
Probably is my favourite moment.
I always felt that their relationship to this point was of 2 people who were friends, but not the drink beer together.. have a laugh together type.
You always wondered if they didn’t have to be together, would they socialise.
This episode and scene changed both their characters and their friendship, or at least their portrayal.
Mine as well. I laughed so hard the first time I heard it.
That last scene is heartbreaking, wholesome, and just damn good character relationship writing.
