I had an issue while adding the chilled cream, the mixture curdled! When searching online, every article says the difference in temp will cause curdling. will adding the heavy cream at room temp. work for this? Thanks!

I would've added another layer of ladyfingers but that's just imo. I just like the taste of the wet cookies with coffee.
