- Forty-five first ladies have occupied the White House to date. The Washington Post’s Krissah Thompson explores how some of them leveraged their power, often in surreptitious but effective ways.
I know my girl did NOT just skip Jackie and Barbara.
Barbara was a dummy. Jackie is covered in so many other pieces.

I don't see Dolly as being important she didn't do much saving some art after the British War and Hillary was bad. Yeah Eleanor and Betty were amazing, Lady Bird did a lot of good too.
@@khanbibi The other 3 were atrocious. Jill hasn't tried to get her husband to stop oppression. Michelle only did the lame exercise stuff and didn't get Barack to pull out of the wars. Hillary is worse than Bill, she blamed the women Bill abu---
@@khanbibi Kennedy was really pretty but she didn't do much good. She was against MLK it was her brother in law RFK who pushed his brother JFK to support the Civil right movement

She had a great advantage to be FLOTUS for 12 years.
