As a Mexican living in Mexico, I don't think this is a cartel. Maybe a gang, but not a cartel. Also, the lack self awareness this man has is astounding lol. I really admire your courage to do this. However, having lived in Mexico for most of my life I can guarantee you this guys are not a real cartel. This guys are what we call “organized crime” who mostly do other type of illegal activities such as extortion and kidnapping. Most cartels are more disciplined and even more ruthless- especially with their own members and other cartel members.
