Thank you Dr.Andrea. Very informative. I had polio as a child and have had falling instances since then, that became worse in my late twenties. Seems to be related to my right foot/leg not lifting when my muscles get tired. Thinking these exercises might be worth a try.

Could you please do a video on period pain because on my menstrual cycle i always end up throwing up every month and have bad cramps so i am looking for something that will stop the nausea and cramps and the cramps are also mainly in my stomach so if you could also try to focus on cramps specifically in the stomach that would be extremely helpful also thank you so much for making these videos about pain and how to deal with it because they help so much and how also could you add in the video how to have a higher pain tolerance towards period pain. Again thanks for the videos and i just found your channel and immediately subscribed because the videos are very helpful. I would also like to add i dont even have to eat or drink to throw up it just happens and it ends up being stomach acid everytime and i dont think that healthy or safe for my body so i just wanted to include that.

I had foot drop about 20 odd years ago. I was scared it was MS. My GP referred me to a neurologist. He said it was most likely a post viral syndrome and come back in 9 months time if I'm still numb. Mostly the numbness went except for my big toe by the 9 months mark. To this day my feet tingle and feel like they are being squeezed but i no longer have the foot drop. In recent years I found out that i have foraminal stenosis in my neck and in my lumbar region. So that was probably it. I still stumble and become unbalanced at times.
