Good this is a good ritual n cultural food all newar people can cook even gents it is tasty because of hunger now newari pasal ma bara nai bara kun din wakka lagcha hola ki. Ani auncha choyla feri samaybaji feri newari set but search middle part if it is well cooked or not.well cooked is very powerful taste.
Bara is deep fried and is popular in India too where it is called Vada or Bada. This pan fried Newar dish of Kathmandu Valley is called Wo.
