Ritika is so innocent ..😀i think chowmin is basically plain as they are basically nepalese -tibetan dishes .in old times there was very less moment of people along with herbs and spices. Threy used few as they have due to geography so it was eaten plain. As time evolve and we all nepali are used to spices in chowmin . It's kinda cute when she was searching for flavour .😅
