@@RVwell I'm currently living in St Paul, MN and am I care taker for my 93 year old father. I am planning on moving to CA and hopefully to your resort once my father no longer needs me. I also hope to take a trip out to Palm Springs soon and get a scope of the resort and the area. I am very impressed and it looks like it's exactly what I want. Thank you for responding
