Wonderful road, wonderful place
Never took the route over Koppenpass, drove a few times on Pötschenpass instead, between Bad Aussee and Halstatt. A great region to do holidays, thanks for the video, greetings from a roadtripper from Germany!

Theway people from Zurich build their road is awesome like @ 14:50 the traffic signs go as follow : "drive at maximum 70km/h" then "be careful of forest animals on a 2km distance" and "go by the right" then "be careful the road is slippery when it's snowing" and all of those signs are located right after you exit the tunnel ! I would have to walk first on the pavement for pedestrians and read the signs carefully before driving on the road because there would be no way for me to be able to get how to drive on that road if I drive on it for the first time without properly taking the time to read those signs. Incredible sequence of signs though I'd like to respectfully call that road subliminal because of that fast pace follow up of traffic signs ! woohoo.
Also I appreciate the traffic sign @ 13:41 telling me that I'm exiting Hallstatt. There is some kind of fresh air when you exit a town don't you think ?

Très jolie ballade, mais le lac du départ gagnerait à être davantage mis en valeur. Même remarque concernant le Toplitzsee, comme si les cinéastes ne se rendaient pas compte que dans de tels pays ,ce sont précisément ces éléments qui font toute la beauté,; tout le charme de ces pays....

I'll test Insta360 in September, to check the video quality, stabilization etc. to decide if its worth the 600 bucks.
Is it legal to make record driving through Austria? I have conflicting information.
It is legal if the purpose of filming is not surveilance. So basically you can film for the sike of filming landscape videos etc. but not for legal use in case of an accident. Pretty stupid rule to be honest. Publishing the video is another question, I‘m not so sure about that either.
