Interesting way to go with it. When I was doing FMA, we did the same throw but it was called puter kepala (turning skull). The focus was more on slipping the head under the raised arm so that the person fell straight down on their back/side. Something I always liked to do was kick the standing leg while throwing in order to make the fall more violent/jarring

Izzo made a video about that and he made it clear that they did not split on friendly terms, to put it diplomatically.

I can't remember but he just made a second one:
Police Corruption - Getting Fired - Lenny Sly's Betrayal
The first one was about how Lenny just did as he pleased e.g. repainting the Dojo.
I find it a bit strange that Lenny didn't bring up his version of the story as vocal as he usually is.

Maybe he will respond soon, since it is fresh. i find it funny how Dom wants sympathy for him breaking the rules, however every time there is an officer involved incident he always says that the victim should have followed the rules. It's always funny, the ones who talk the most shit, and get all holier than thou are the first to cry for sympathy, wrong doing, and corruption when they break the rules. Fuck Izzo!
