I met him, when he used to come visit us at the Aikido Center of Los Angeles run by our Sensei Daniel Furuya a Ushi Deshi of Doshu the son of Ueshiba, at our Dojo in Little Tokio in Los Angeles. I studied with Sensei Furuya from around 1985 to 1997, when I had to stop for work related reasons.A new job too far away from the Dojo, that did not allowed me to be there at class schedules, unfortunately.
I have this VHS and watch very often in 1990's.
